The municipal refuse can be divided into four parts: material garbage series(includes glass, magnetic metal or non-magnetic metal, waste paper, rubber and plastic), organic refuse(kitchen refuse, biology refuse), inorganic refuse(stove lime-ash, tile and ceramics) and poisonous and harmful garbage( waste battery, waste fluorescent tube, insecticide bottle, overdue medicine, medical waste, waste television,waste telephone, waste computer and other waste electronic trash)
The transferred garbage form the transfer point will be transport into sanitation landfill. The garbage will be filling in the prepared hole and then covers the lid and compact the garbage. Next, waiting for it occurs to biology, physical and chemical change disassembling the organics, which aims to realize reduction and harmlessness. In the hole, it is set with professional pipes and impervious, which aims to collect the gas caused by collected garbage fermentation and percolate. After the air is fired, parts of the water will become reclaimed water which is experienced purification treatment. The water will be used in cleaning truck and dust on the ground. And the other water will be let out after is has reached national standard. It ensures that the water will not pollute the environment.
Some of the waste is transported to composting plants. After it is compost treatment, the non-medical waste will become sanitary and non-smelling humus, which is used as botanic fertilizer. Other waste will be transported in incinerator. Then, the combustible in the waste will be full oxidation. The generated quantity of heat is used to generate electricity and supply heat. One ton waste can generate 300°electricity and the left heat also can supply heat. A garbage power plan which disposal 1200 tons garbage per day can generate 1.2 billion electricity yearly, which can supply 50 thousand resident living power per year. In terms of coal, it can save 48 thousand tons coal. Considering the recoverable waste, it will be recycled again.
