It may not be what you are eating but instead how you are eating it. If when you chew, one of your teeth touches against one of the brackets, this could put strain on the glue that holds them on. If this happens over and over again, the bond between the glue and your tooth may be weakened so much that it falls off. Ask your orthodontist about why this is happening and whether the frequency of them falling off is becoming a problem. It may be the way that they are sticking them on. But if if continues to happen very often, your orthodontist may feel they have no choice but to remove your braces if they are falling off so often that no further progress can be made with your teeth. Manufacturers rarely put all the specs of a BB, it can vary from frame size. There are 4 parameters and anyone can render an online purchase useless. The best thing is to take it out yourself, take it to a bike shop and have them order one. This is also a good time to upgrade, especially if you've crunch the crank interface.

How did you break it? did you eat something on the forbidden food list? If you did, then that's why it broke off. In the future don't eat anything that's on that list. They won't charge you for it but your treatment time will become longer every time you damage something.
