Q: You find this tubing with home cinema equipment cables. It's mounted on the wall and does not need any wall cable grippers or anything.
ITS A CONDUIT, THEY CAN BE METAL OR PLASTIC.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for air ventilation systems?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for air ventilation systems.
Q: Im thinking that i want to give my betta more space. Im thinking of using some type of plastic tube, cutting a hole in his plastic bowl, cutting a hole in another plastic bowl and connecting with the tube, then connecting the tube to the bowls with aquarium silicone. One will be the flat on two sides one, but his current one his round. Will this safely work? I can only imagine cleaning it, it will be so much harder. I just need answers on this, no fish care responses etc. if you do i will report you for not answering what i asked.
Search, 'Aquarium Water Bridge' You may be able to adapt that to a small size, but just make sure that it's more than enough room for your betta as fish are notorious for getting stuck in them. Maybe 2 inches wide and deep? I'm trying really hard not to say anything about fish care... Hope I helped.
Q: I have a bear hamster she hates cardboard tubes she already has a wheel and a ball and a play pen even a little house dont sugest plastic tubes because i have her in a little fish tank like cage tubes wont work thx
You can get plastic tubes and just put them on the floor of the tank, that works, you know. What about egg boxes? You can a hole or two in it and put some bedding and treats in it. Or boxes in general. Get some boxes and cut holes in them and your hamster and go through them and pop out in certain places. Any kind of box would do,though if your hamsters a chewer the ink could be harmful if it is coloured. You could attach them with cardboard tubes! I know you said your hamster doesn't like cardboard tubes, but mine doesn't like them if they're just lying on the ground but will go through them if attached. You could also get a sand bath! Those are not only fun,but help the fur, though some hamsters will just not bother. You could get some Chinchilla sand (sand, not dust) and put it in a container and use either outside the cage or keep it in How about having a thicker substrate if there isn't much? A lot of hamster's enjoy digging. Talking of substrate, you could hide some treats in it and your hamster will sniff and dig to find them. Have you got anything for her to chew on? I know it's not really something for them to 'play' with,so to say,but it keeps them busy and their teeth short, though some hamsters again just don't bother.
Q: theres a pvc pipe thats completely sealed in space like 10 meters long and its filled with air. Theres a tank inside the pipe filled with super compressed air. What would happen if the tank released all its compressed air in one direction and flew forward crashing into the front of the pvc pipe? Would the compressed air shooting out of a nozzle suddenly dissipate into the less dense air inside the tube or would it continue to the back of the tube and crash into it. Also when the air tank flew forward, and crashed into the front of the pvc pipe would it carry the pipe along with it, since it has so much more mass than the plastic piping?
There is a general principle about internal forces that applies to situations like this and what it amounts is that the center of mass can never move. It's like that movie Gravity; in space, a stationary closed system can't make any net motion. If the cylinder shoots off in one direction the pipe will go in the other with equal momentum, and when it crashes into the end, both parts will reverse direction. And the two parts will bounce back and forth off each end until heat from the collisions dissipates all the energy.
Q: I have a plastic container cage I D.I.Y.ed and was thinking of adding a few other D.I.Y.ed plastic containers to the cage but I need some tubes to connect them, I could buy some tubes but I wanted to see if anyone any ideas for cheap D.I.Y. tubes. If you can include links of examples it would be cool but don't worry if you can't. THANKS
i dont know what all those abbreviations are but pex plumbing might be a cheap way to go, not sure.
Q: What are the common wall thicknesses for gas line plastic tubes?
The common wall thicknesses for gas line plastic tubes vary depending on the specific application and regulations. However, some common wall thicknesses for gas line plastic tubes range from 0.060 inches (1.5 mm) to 0.120 inches (3 mm).
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for display purposes?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for display purposes. They are lightweight, versatile, and come in various shapes and sizes, making them ideal for showcasing products, artwork, or promotional materials. Plastic tubes can be transparent or colored, allowing for creative and eye-catching displays. Additionally, their durability and affordability make them a practical choice for both indoor and outdoor displays.
Q: You've seen cans of Pet or Carnation Evaporated Milk in stores, right? Why would anyone buy milk that evaporated, how can the stores get away with selling it? Can't people buy milk that's still around that you can see? This Crazy Glue that is so strong it holds a man up in mid air who wears a steel hat that's glued to a steel beam. Remember that ad? How is it the glue doesn't stick to the inside of the plastic tube it comes in?
Oops, had my polymers confused, Crazy Glue is hydrophyllic, that is it sets in the presence of moisture, it is the moisture in the air that causes the glue to set. Keeping it in a sealed container keeps out the moisture and does not allow the glue to harden. Evaporated milk has a percentage of it's water evaporated from it to reduce it and make it more cream like.
Q: How are plastic tubes sealed to prevent leakage?
Plastic tubes are typically sealed using various methods such as heat sealing, adhesive bonding, or crimping. Heat sealing involves melting the plastic ends together to create a secure bond. Adhesive bonding utilizes specialized adhesive materials to join the tube ends. Crimping involves applying pressure to deform and seal the tube ends using a crimping tool or machine. These sealing techniques help prevent leakage and ensure the contents of the plastic tubes remain intact.
