Photo-Electric Curtain Wall for High-rising Building

1  PRODUCT PHOTO-ELECTRIC CURTAIN WALL

The panel of this product is laminated glass embedded with photo-electric battery modules, which are connected with retroaction device to form a solar dynamoelectric system. This product is a new type building curtain wall integrated with solar dynamoelectric technology and curtain wall technology.

2  EXTENT OF APPLICATION

This product is applicable for building façade, roof and canopy.

It can convert solar energy into electric power which can be used by people through surface and space of building. It is a photo-electric integrative energy-saving product.

3  PERFORMANCE AND INDEX

3.1 This product can apply different structural style and decorative effect according to different demand of clients. It can also realize the function of envelop, thermal insulation and sound isolation of traditional curtain wall.

3.2 Wind loading capacity, air tightness and water tightness must be determined in accordance with correlative national specification.

3.3 This product can convert solar energy into electric power. The conversion ratio is 10~15%. The dynamoelectric power at design peak value is 0.10~0.15kW/ m2,Export frequency is 50±0.5Hz,Voltage is 220±10%V,Wavy curve is standard sine wave,The distortion degree of the wave shall not exceed 5%.

4  MAIN FEATURES

This product can turn solar energy into electric power through  photo-electric battery by means of photo-electric effect. As a type of “Green Façade”, it can not only realize the purpose of decoration and envelop but also produce electric power to achieve Environment-protection and Energy-saving.

The dynamoelectric system of this product can be connected with civic electric web to provide electric power for the buildings. In the night or rainy days, the system this system will be shut off automatically and turn to civic electric supply web.

5  DESIGN OUTLINE

5.1 The selection of this product is the same as traditional curtain wall product. The architectural function and elevation effect shall be taken into account.

5.2 This product should be installed at the location where the sunlight can irradiate directly onto it chronically. According to the location of building, it is favorable to make the angle of incidence of sunlight smaller. The design of this product is intended to be convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

5.3 The glass panel battery of this product can be the compound of monocrystal line silicon, polycrystalline silicon and amorphous silicon. Among them, the conversion ratio of monocrystal line silicon is the highest, the next is polycrystalline silicon, and the lowest is amorphous silicon.

5.4The outer layer of the photo-electric curtain wall panel is super-white low- iron toughened glass and the inner layer is toughened glass.

5.5 The deflection of the glass should be restricted in the design.

5.6 Automatic switch device should be designed for the combined web between dynamoelectric system of photo-electric curtain wall and civic electric supply system.

6. CONSTRUCTION OUTLINE

6.1 Installation conforms to the requirement of JGJ102 and JG3035.

6.2 The conductor strip between batteries should be orderly, free of welding dregs and rupture.

6.3 The location of photo-electric curtain wall panel should be strictly according to the requirement of design to ensure the correct position of anode and cathode of photo-electric battery.

6.4 The installation of electric system should be in accordance with design drawings and the requirement of JGJ/T16.

6.5 The layout of cables should be reasonable and easy to  repair.

6.6 The start-up and debugging of photo-electric curtain wall should be completed by professionals. The operational regulation must be strictly carried out in the process of usage.

Detailed maintenance booklet should be provided.

Q:and does a building have to be on the bottom of a slope to flood?how can i stop it from flooding if so,
It doesn't matter where the building is, it can be flooded if water rises above the bottom floor or basement. If the water hits the glass hard enough, or if it carries debris with any appreciable mass, it will smash the glass and enter the building quite easily. If the "flooding" is merely a result of runoff, you can prevent it by diverting the runoff (ex: from a slope) around the building. If the runoff is significant, more than one diverter swale can be created on the slope, or a larger one can be created. Typically they're either made out of concrete, or at least lined with rip-rap (chunks of rock to prevent erosion).
Q:What parts of the building curtain wall project?
Building curtain wall is the building does not bear the external wall of the Wai, usually by the panel (glass, metal plate, slate, ceramic plate, etc.) and the back of the support structure (aluminum beam column, steel structure, glass ribs, etc.).
Q:After you tell me the brand, could you tell me if you can buy it and Home Depot? If not available at Home Depot, where should you buy?
I used All-Glass Aquarium silicone to build my sump. It was purchased at a local fish store.
Q:I want to build a partition wall to make a attractive office rooms . Please help !
There are sliding doors with translucent panels that would be much cheaper to install. I also suggest that you read what you wrote before pressing Submit, to avoid phrases such as "a attractive office rooms".
Q:I would like to build my own, customized aquarium and I have recently found out that float glass would be the best glass to use for it.I want the tank to be pretty long, considering i am turning it into a vivarium for my turtle.I need to know how much it will cost me to buy the sheets of float glass? or If I can just use regular glass for this instead?I am looking for something inexpensive, but with the quality also.thanks for the help :)
I have only once heard this term (float glass) used before. That was at the Wheaton Arts Museum which was a glass center in the 19th century. The docent was explaining how the molten glass was poured over a layer of molten tin to make flat sheets for window pane. It's commonly called plate glass. Quite frankly you can get a much better answer by calling a glass shop and giving the dimensions. They will give you a quote. But I hazard to say that it will be cheaper to simply buy an aquarium tank. You should note however that if you do build this tank and ever think about filling it with water you really need to consider the stress on the glass. Long panels will collapse under the pressure unless they are very thick or reinforced. You will find reinforcements on the tops of commercial aquariums with long sides. I know a guy who cut the plastic reinforcement because it got in the way of the filter and it didn't collapse until he got it completely set up fish and all.
Q:LOW-E insulating glass U value than ordinary hollow glass much lower
Ordinary insulating glass 2.6 or more, LOW-E insulating glass 1.9 or less.
Q:My living room west sun, want to paste a window in the insulation film. Will the glass insulation film is doing? Are you going to work? Will the house darken?
OKorder above the US base film is good, to see the evaluation, I believe the masses
Q:This is either a milling interpretive center or some sort of museum or gallery. Its shell is very old and decayed but they put a new glass and steel building inside it. The most popular photo is a view from the river in the evening
Can you be more precise? Have you any idea where this mill is? In the United Kingdom, or in the United States, or somewhere else? The first thing that comes to my mind is the Louvre museum, in France, but I don't think you're talking about that. There is also the Crystal Palace, which used to be in Hyde Park, London. It was first built for the 1851 World Fair. I suggest you visit the Wikipedia article for a few pictures.
Q:Information about the new glass Jijiji hurry! Tell me today
Tempered glass is the secondary processing of flat glass products, tempered glass processing can be divided into physical steel and steel method.
Q:Why does the heated glass burst?
Building Rewan glass is mainly used for building interior and exterior decoration, lighting roof, sightseeing elevator, arched corridor, etc. Civil Rewan glass is mainly used for glass furniture, glass aquarium, glass ...
