PCM cool vest:
PCM is packed in the aluminum foil bag(as the picture shows) and put in the vest. PCM is our company patented material, which has high capability of cold energy storage.
12 PCM packs are put in the vest, with front and back each 6 packs.
PCM melting point is 31 degree Celsius, each pack weights about 100g, PCM melting point and its pack weight can be adjusted according to different situations.
PCM is non-toxic, no stimulation, pollution free, no radiation, non-corrosiveness, fire-proof. PCMs absorb heat by changing its phase, in this process, it will not produce harmful substances to human body.
PCM for phase change material, it can provide passive cooling when temperature’s higher than its melting temperature, other wise will provide passive warming. In this process, PCM’s temperature will kept at a constant temperature which we call phase change point.
Needs to be placed in cool place(10-20 degree C or around), should not be conserved in place higher than 30 degree Celsius or in sunlight.
Vest fabric is pure cotton, can be flame retardant and anti-static, safe and comfortable.
Vest and PCM packs make the PCM cool vest, PCM packs can be used in rotation, meeting the requirements of long time use.
