Q:What is this type of chair called?
It's hard to tell in the picture, but it appears to be a pair of high-backed wing chairs. The style of the back with the puckers and buttons is called tufted. This style of a low-backed sofa is called a chesterfield. You can look up images online to see examples. The arm is rolled, and the trim is called nail head trim. And of course, the material is leather. These chairs look like the type that would be found in a fancy home library or in an elite country club setting or maybe even an exclusive pub. I don't think a similar chair would be hard to find. But if the back is as high as it appears to be, that may be a hard part to come up with.
Q:Most expensive nice gaming chair?
Q:woobly chair?
You have written wrong spelling of wobbly. First understand what is wobbly. Wobbly is derived from the word wobble which, means shake or move from side to side in a way that shows poor balance. I will give you one example so that you can understand how to fix a wobbly chair. After reading these steps you will be able to fix uneven legs on a wobbly chair. 1.Start by placing the chair on a perfectly flat surface. 2.Slide a wood shim under the short leg so the the chair no longer rocks. 3.Trace the outline of the chair leg on the shim. 4.Cut the shim to size using a hole saw. 5.Attach the shim to the leg and hold it in place with a furniture glide. 6.Install glides on the other three legs.
Q:office chairs for lumbar support?
it should be in the middle of your back sit down and sit up straight , and then go down to under your rib cage, that is where your lumbar region is.,
Q:Can anyone identify, and tell me more about this chair?
That's a kool old rolling chair . . probably used for someone who worked at a table most of the time, or like a doctor's or dentist chair . .that the doctor sat in as it swiveled and reclined as well and rolled. . . .in any event . . unless you come up with an answer as to exactly what it's use was . . I'd say $150 for any old utility piece of furniture in nice condition. You could probably do better if you were to sell it as a modern or industrialist piece. Have you looked around underneath for any labels or markings?
Q:massage chairs?
Ijoy 320 Massage Chair
Q:Senior citizens: What is the basis for the notion that older adults prefer wood rocking chairs?
I was told, by a chiropractor, that a rocking chair would be good for my stiff back. I bought a wooden one with spindles at the back. It was very uncomfortable and bruised my back. Maybe if the spindles had been plain rather than having 'turned' designs in them it would have been more comfortable. These days I love my recliner. My rocking chair sold for a very good price in my favourite charity shop though, so it wasn't wasted.
Q:shiatsu masso vibration recliner chairs?
I don't like those vibrating massage chairs. They just make my skin itch after sitting in them. I have an iJoy massaging chair and it's like the massage tables chiropractors have. There are these rollers in it that travel up and down the back of the chair. And, with different settings, you can get different massaging action with them. I think these are about $750 or so at Costco. But, if you're looking for a massage chair, they are definitely the way to go.
Q:What is a good, cheap, comfortable chair?
A and it's actually pretty damn comfy and allows for decent lounging. Nothing beats a good butterfly chair though.
Q:real potty or a potty chair?
I have a little potty and a seat that goes in the big potty.. my oldest used the little one for a bit then changed to the big on her own without retraining. My middle one never had any interest in the little potty, only the big, and my youngest pees in the little potty ometimes and the big one sometimes. It will be up to your child. I think if you just use the big potty that will be fine, your child wont have a delay in learning. If you keep a little potty around, You will not need to retrain from the little potty to the big, so just have both available if you want and let your child pick. Or have only the seat for the big potty so you dont have to mess with the small potty at all. Its your choice.
