Brief Introduction
Self propelled telescopic boom lift GTBZ can drive flexibly and freely, with wide working scope and high efficiency. Hydraulic motor realize 40% gradeability through planetary reduction box. Telescopic boom and cylinders are protected with dust proof jacket to prevent dust in. The round glossy shape boom and chassis is not easily dirty with dust. Length and angle of boom are monitored real time by length sensor and angle sensor. Protection level of electrical system is above IP65. With great outreach, the boom lift can work in large scope continuously. 2 wheels drive and 4 wheels drive, 2 wheels steering and 4 wheels steering are optional. - I think you've got one helluva case! It is a requirement of OSHA that all machines in the work place are inspected and in working order. Obviously, this one wasn't so it is definitely the fault of his employers. And I disagree that you don't have a case if your husband knew the safety wasn't working. It is still the employers responsibility to have this fixed to prevent exactly what happened to your husband from happening to anyone. And I think it makes you have an even better case, because therefore it was known that the safety wasn't working. I don't imagine you'll have any trouble getting a lawyer to take this and why in the world you wouldn't win. He should apply now for disability because it can take up to a year for this to be approved (or longer). It is likely that he won't be able to work again and if he can't work, therefore no income coming in, you guys are going to be hurting for money. The lawsuit will take a lot of time and most likely so will disability. Get started on them both immediately.

- I agree mostly. The purpose of drug testing other than pre employment, is so that when someone gets hurt on the job and comes up dirty the company is not liable and can fire the person. Maybe they should test people for being tired or perhaps overworked and stressed too that way they could get out of even more Workman's comp cases. I think you should be tested with a Breathalyzer to see if you are drunk but not drug tested. That is bullshit. If you are drunk on the job you should loose your job, and you really shouldn't be getting high at work. But there is no test to see when you got high only that you had gotten high at some point within the last month or so. It is also a means to divide and conquer the populace. But lets not get into that.
