Characteristics

1. The size and position of the vehicle are automatically measured by using radar 3d scanning, and the deviation of the position is alerted.

2. The system adopts advanced self-developed integrated control system to automatically calculate and control the number of stacking each time.

3. The system uses the world's most advanced six-axis manipulator as the actuato. The degree of freedom is very high.Not only adapt to a very wide variety of loading models. But also the shape of palletizing can be freely selected.

4. The system moves by directly landing on the earth rail. Therefore, it can be applied to the loading of ultra-long vehicles.

5. The driving device of the system is driven by absolute value servo motor acceleration and deceleration. It has precise front and rear operating position control, sensitive brake, and the whole drive device is durable.

6. After setting the loading parameters, one-button automatic loading can be realized. In the normal loading without alarm, the loading completion mechanism will automatically back to the initial position.

7. When a fault occurs during the loading process, the system can automatically stop, and then check the fault cause through the touch screen. After troubleshooting, the system can continue to load.

8. The system can display various status, fault and counting information through the touch screen.
