Classification of Concentrator Table

Concentrator table working principle
Mineral separation by table concentrator is joint action of an inclined surface of bed with the aid of mechanical flagstone symmetrical reciprocal motion and thin layer incline current of water and so on and makes the ore grain on the surface of bed the loose lamination, thus enabling the mineral separation according to the density different.

Structure of Concentrator Table
Head Motion: The head motion is made of rugged construction and it requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom, which are easy to clean and requires little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass that is made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristics of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and it can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50℃.
Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.

- Yes it will function fine without the receiver cover...however DO NOT engage the safety lever with the cover off because if you have a round in the chamber it will fire!!!!!!!!!!! The receiver cover is meant to protect you from gases and ejecting cases, etc...also its meant to keep dirt and whatever from getting into your receiver, not that any dirt getting in there will seriously affect your AK. Its best not to leave the cover off, but you can fire the weapon without the cover if you needed to for some reason. The most important thing to remember is to never engage the safety with the cover off, because engaging the safety without the top cover will release the disconnector and hammer and the rifle will fire.
