Advantages

1.We named this kind of fittings as PPR reducing sleeve. ppr reducing coupling

2.A whole part of this PPR reducing sleeve is made of polypropylene.

3.As you know, all the fitting designed for connecting the pipe or change the piping path. This PPR reducing sleeve is able to connect the different diameter pipeline together. I believe you know how to use it.

4.All of these PPR pipe fitting come in 3 different colors: white, gray, green.

5.Our PPR pipe fitting had been pasted the ISO9001 authentication. And had been got the CE certification.

6.These PPR reducing sleeve makes use of completely 100% new PPR material import from Korea. To be ensured that it is much healthier than the pipe make use of the reclaim plastic.

7.We adopt the newest technology in the piping produce industry.

8.We had been piping manufacturer for over 10 years. And we are good at this.

Q:...placing them in a humidor? Seems to me that they won't achieve proper humidification if they're wrapped in plastic or stored in a sealed metal tube. What say you?
Ok so first off it's not the semen that travels to the egg it's the sperm. Semen is what the sperm are in when they come out. The sperm leaves the semen within a few minutes and travels into the womb. Then it travels thru the tubes to where it expects the egg to be. That can take hours or longer depending upon how well the sperm swim and how straight they go. Most sperm are not shaped right and they get lost or swim around in circles or just plain die before they get there. But since there are millions of them this is not usually a problem. Sperm can live up to 5 days, but 2-3 days is more common.
Q:
Plastic tubes can be suitable for storing certain chemicals, but it depends on the type of chemical being stored. Some chemicals may react with certain types of plastic, leading to degradation or leakage. It is important to consider the compatibility of the chemical with the specific type of plastic used in the tube. In general, it is recommended to use glass or specialized chemical-resistant plastics for storing hazardous or corrosive chemicals.
Q:I still have the fork tubes mounted to the bike. I have removed the cap, spacer tube, washer, spring, damper bolt (from the bottom of the tube) and removed the damper and short spring. I have pried the dust cap (rubber seal) and slid it all the way up. There is a piece of plastic? or nylon? that is blocking the circlip(I assume). I do not have a manual for this bike but I can not get one for a few days, so the help would be great!!
Just pry the plastic ring up (nothing is holding it). Perhaps it's stuck to the foam ring underneath it. After you remove the circlip, the the fork tube and lower will have to be pulled apart. The fork seal is in very tight. Hold the tube in one hand and the lower in the other hand. Push the forks together. Yank them apart with force (a bushing inside of the forks will hit against the seal like a slide hammer). They won't come apart in one pull. Push them - in - OUT -in - OUT - in - OUT
Q:Fly fishing question, I am taking up the hobby :)
Tube okorder in a few weeks. You will find many proven options for many situations. If you want to buy some as a first time tube fly fisher then you will be in good hands. We also have a wonderful tube fly box out. The Tribute tube fly box is new for the 2009-2010 season. You will find this box will hold a bunch of tube flies and you can push heavy cone heads in snug. If you are looking for a gift, this would be great for any fly fisherman. You can also contact Clarke at Puget Sound Fly Company. Besides being a great soccer coach he is well schooled in tube flies. His shop will have some great patterns for you until I am finished the first tubes for the public. Puget Sound Fly Company is one that Irideus tips its hat at for the many long hours testing put in over the years. Good luck, we are all happy to help you get going. Tim Owner Irideus
Q:I am using a device to push small volumes (60-100cc) through a plastic tube with a length of approx 24 and a diameter of 1mm or less. I can control flow rate, generally 2-4cc/sec. The liquid has a higher viscosity than water. I am trying to determine the difference in pressure on the piston face (which remains a constant size) using different fluids with slightly different viscosities through tubing of the same length, and differences in pressure using the same fluid through different tubing lengths. Ie; Fluid A and Fluid B through Tube 1, and Fluid A through Tube 1 and 2. The tubes are the same material, same diameter, regardless of length. The pressure used to push the piston remains the same across all fluid/tubing combinations.
If the flow is not turbulent (no high speeds) and incompressible, and the tube is of circular cross section, then Poiseuille Law flow will ensue. In Poiseuille flow through a cylindrical pipe the velocity is largest along the centerline of the tube and diminishes to zero at the inner wall quadratically with distance r: v(r) = c (R^2 - r^2) with c a constant for given viscosity and pressure gradient ( delta(p) / L ) In Poiseuille flow through a cylindrical pipe the rate of flow (volume/second) is given by Qdot, where Qdot = ( Delta(p) pi R^4 ) /(8 eta L). (where eta is the dynamic viscosity of the fluid) Since the pressure difference Delta(p) is the pressure on the piston face - ambient pressure , let's call this (p - p0) , you have p - p0 = ( 8 eta L) * Qdot /(pi R^4) Using this Poiseuille' s Law you can calculate the pressure on the piston. You say at the end of your question that the pressure used to push is kept constant. In that case the flow rate you measure should be inversely proportional to eta and L.
Q:
Plastic tubes are typically labeled for identification using various methods such as printed labels, adhesive tapes, color coding, or embossed markings.
Q:
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for pneumatic valves. Plastic tubes are commonly used in pneumatic systems as they offer various advantages such as being lightweight, flexible, and resistant to corrosion. Additionally, plastic tubes are less expensive compared to metal tubes, making them a popular choice for pneumatic applications.
Q:Is the diameter of the plastic tube 20mm in diameter 18mm?
20mm diameter plastic pipes, aperture, 18mm market there are manyFirst of all, look at what material is plastic tubeIf it is PC plastic pipe outer diameter of 20 mm, diameter 18 mm, 1 mm is so kind, this kind of plastic pipe will generally have a spot, also can achieve the customized specifications, can also die if not die
Q:
Yes, plastic tubes are generally easy to install due to their lightweight and flexible nature. They can easily be cut to the desired length and connected using fittings, making installation quick and hassle-free.
Q:How are toothpaste tubes made? I know that there's polyethylene coatings on aluminum, but how to they actually made the tubes this way? I know it can't be injection molding or blow molding.
why can't it be injected extrusion molding of the tubing followed by a bonding process?
