This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

Some folks can tolerate them without any apparent trouble, but not everyone and you don't want to mess up your elbows. I've never had trouble with the lying tricep press (skullcrusher)but tricep pushdowns are murder on my elbows. I suggest you experiment with other tricep moves. Dips are great. If seated or standing overhead tricep presses also cause you discomfort, try using one solid dumbbell held with both hands and let your elbows point out to the sides instead of forward. Close grip bench presses are another good tricep movement. Protect your elbows. You'll need them for a long time.

- It might not be the exact movement of the skill crusher that's causing the pain, but the weight. Try lowering it by a few lbs and see if that helps. Bicep curls work the triceps a tiny bit, but you can't properly train your triceps doing that move. Try extensions... standing up, with a dumbbell in your hands, lift your arms up and bend your elbows at your ear. Lift the dumbbell so your arms are fully extended (don't lock your elbows) and slowly lower down. Or kickbacks... get in a squat-like position, and extend your arms behind you (think you're a skiier). Or dips, which don't require any weights. Idk how to properly explain them, but google tricep dips.
