- The problem with the use a USB thumb drive method is, if your old 360 won't even turn on, or is very unstable, this probably won't work. You can get a transfer cable from Gamestop for about $15, then sell it back to them for a few bucks. Yes it's a ripoff but it beats paying $20 for a new cable. I would strongly recommend using the transfer cable.

- You did not say what phone company you have. Go to your phone company and log on. Then their should be a synchronization program for your specific phone to download. You need this synch program to recognize and transfers files from computer to phone and phone to computer. Follow instructions and you are ready to go.
