Afterwards, it says the software requires you to restart your computer for it to work. I do this and when i open up Device Manager, there is a little yellow exclamation mark next to COM 8! I open up properties and it says 'This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)'I cant see how this works. It said it was installed and it used the drivers that came with the cable! I carry on and install EasyStudio PIMS File Manager and i select COM 8 and it does not work. The i chose every number port and number sequence. It STILL stays offline. I am really losing myself here! Can anyone please enlighten my and tell me why this is happening. I have tried every port and uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happpens :-(Please help,Tom.
