Q:Black Metal Question?
If you have to ask, you can't do it - Gaahl
Q:Your opinion on these different metal genres?
Metal detectors use an inductive coil of wire to sense a change in the flux density, thus triggering a circuit to alarm you that metal is near the coil. Not any type of metal will work. Only metal which can be polarized will have an impact on the magnetic flux around it, such as iron.
Q:extracting alkali metals?
Isn't it corpse paint and rawness some do it well some sound so bad that the very first recording ever sounds better its so wasteful. CC (new cd as good as ever), Morbid Angel (new album is arrive sometime soon great!), and Carcass (who knows about a new album but they been touring) they are death metal. Not many good Blackmetal out anymore like Darkthrone which is a must as they been around forever also the Storm project Mutiilation is sorta well known but limited then I kinda listen to some new stuff like Kult Ov Azazel. I don't just listen to just metal.
Q:How do I access metal gear and metal gear 2 in the metal gear solid legacy collection?
Oh yeah I noticed on youtube that you uploaded those. I didn't watch it through both as of yet, but I will surely comment on the YouTube videos once I do. My top Metal Bands: 1 Bang Camaro (Though they define themselves as Anthem Rock) 2 Iron Maiden 3 Black Sabbath 4 Judas Priest 5 Dio 6 Metallica 7 Valient Thorr 8 Helloween 9 HammerFall 10 Ozzy Osbourne [Mainly first two albums] That list will probably be different tomorrow. I'm so indecisive! But I am excluding some bands like Blue Oyster Cult, Led Zeppelin, UFO, and other bands like that simply because I don't think they are Heavy Metal. But they are among my favorite bands. BA1: I really like metal. I think the border line for hard rock/metal leads to a lot of arguments and disagreements, but I try not to get into those. I just listen to the music and talk about it! BA2: Haha. That's a close one. I'm gonna go with metal.
Q:What do you think are the most underrated subgenres of metal?
Metal Gear Solid 2 Ost
Q:Any Good Metal Artists?
Jarvis Metals Lubbock
Q:New Metal music, possibly progressive?
In order to be classified as metal a band does not just have to be heavy, but it also needs to include heavy metal song structures etc. Slipknot's sound is heavy, but it's mostly dropped down power chords and their structures and general sound doesn't really fit the characteristics of metal. I think the best way to classify them is alternative metal, not heavy metal, not even nu-metal (they don't have too much rap in their songs as far as I know). Alternative metal means that the band is metal, but it's stylistically different.
Q:Wood bat vs. Metal bat?
Q:is ALUMINUM a transition metal?
There are so many! Classics are; Venom, Bathory, Celtic Frost. Norwegian; Emperor, Darkthrone, Mayhem, Immortal, Burzum, Urgehal, Carpathian Forest Gehenna. Swedish; Marduk, Dissection, Craft. Finnish; Horna, Sargeist, Behexen. Polish; Behemoth (early), Thunderbolt. These are the more well known bands. There are plenty of great underground bands - too many to mention here, but that should get you started. I've omitted bands like Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth as everybody knows these and its debatable as to whether their music best reprsents the name Black Metal, however they have done alot in bringing the genre to main stream conciousness. Hope this helps. I also agree with the sleep..; Satyricon and Ulver are/were great bands. m/
Q:whats your opinion on metal elitism?
Yes, they are all metals. In fact, in terms of pure numbers of elements, there are by far more metals than non-metals. If you look on your periodic table, they start on the right side atomic no. 5 with Boron and stairstep down to Astatine at 85. Everything else is a metal, although sometimes people will designate elements close to the non-metals as metalloids.
