Q:i got a camera about a month ago.i charged it till the green light went on and than it says to change the battery pack!!!! what does it mean??!!!!! what should i do??!!!
Cannon Cameras Suck, i have own 3 already believe me i know what i am saying. I got me a Kodak and never had an issue.
Q:I am going to mod my novation ultranova to use with a battery pack. just trying to be sure of the specs as the manual says the wall wart is 12vdc 1250ma BUT it can also be powered by usb which is only 5vdc at.5a . so what would be the best choice to be able to get a nice long lasting power supply on it? (I would like to just make up a battery pack that I can plug into the dc connection on the UN)
My suggestion would be to buy a sealed lead-acid battery, say 5 AH, which is fairly small and light, and try it out to see how long it lasts, maybe good for 5 + hours but you just don't know till you try it. . If it doesn't last long enough then you can buy another and connect them in parallel ( +ve to +ve and -ve to -ve) which will give twice the running time. A word of warning: A lead-acid battery, even a small one, can deliver a huge current if it is shorted by accident, this is what causes a lot of car fires. It's very important to put a fuse in the circuit to avoid the risk of burns or fire. Place it right next to the +ve terminal. A 2amp fuse in an in-line fuse holder will do fine. You will also need a small battery charger, your wall wart will probably do that job ok for such small batteries, see if you can get a gender changer so your power connector from the battery can connect to the ultranova AND the wall wart.
Q:18650 assembled into a battery pack should pay attention to what matters?
When used in series, the battery voltage, internal resistance, capacity as required, the voltage difference of 20mV, the internal resistance difference of 10 milliohms, the capacity difference of 20mA more reasonable, especially the difference between the internal resistance of the battery in series will cause fever , Serious will cause smoke to fire.
Q:I am tired of my AA batteries running out every few days.Someone got me a Wii starter kit that came with all sorts of goodies, including 2 rechargeable battery packs. They look just like a normal battery packs but where AAs go there is a little pack that says Rechargeable Battery Lithium Polymer Battery.I snapped this onto the remote, then plugged a USB cord directly from the rechargeable pack to the USB outlet on the Wii. The Wii remote showed no signs of life, no lights flashing, nothing, even when I held the power button.I hooked up to my PC and wall USB plug, and I also tried all three with the pack on its own, not snapped into the remote. Nothing gave any indication that charging was taking place. So what's the deal? How do I use this rechargeable pack? Thanks

Q:I have 2 rechargable battery packs,1) 6V, 3200mAh2) 7.2V, 3600mAhQ1) Can I attach both of them in parallel (by first making sure they measure same volts at that time) because I was wondering, what would happen when I'll charge the combined battery !? as one of the packs can reach 7.2V, while the other 6V only. [if not, any alternate solutions?]Q2) Would I get a total power of 3200+3600 6800mAh ?Thanks.
q1, No, not a good idea. q2, No, the 6V pack will add very little. But if you added a cell to the 6V pack, or removed a cell from the 7.2 V
Q:I have 3 Phottix battery pack for my 3 Canon Speedlite 600ex-rt and I am wondering about getting a full charge out of them. When I am charging them up after a while the red light will turn green showing that they are done charging, but if I unplug them for a second or two and plug them back it the light will be red again for another 10 minutes or so. Is this helping it get more of a charge or not? Thanks
No it is best to charge until the light changes green and leave it at that. Many rechargeable have memories and the frequent charging cuts done on the entire life of the battery. It is best to use that age old rule regarding batteries--------READ THE MANUAL.
Q:i got this new Lenovo Thinkpad x61 tablet PC, and it's pretty great, except for the battery . i get less than an hour at full powerthere is a setting that lets it run for like 14 hours, but it's slow as heck , and i hate the in between settings as welli want to run my laptop at full power / full performance all the timeso are there any good battery packs that can help me do this?
buy an inverter and hook it to a car battery
Q:I have a Nikon SB900 and am looking for an external battery pack for it. I am looking for alternatives because I don't like the SD-9 High Performance Battery Pack or the Quantum Turbo 2x2 Battery Pack. Anyone else using anything different? What do you recommend?
so an prolonged way via fact the known of the photos the digicam would be waiting to take, there is not any longer any great distinction. you will in basic terms must be helpful which fits your photos form greater. As others have stated, the smallest, sleekest, thinnest cameras could have there very own rechargeable battery %. as an area saver. interior the longer term a digicam that makes use of a chargeable battery %. could be greater low value in case you utilize it in many situations via fact batteries get costly. inspite of the undeniable actuality that, in case you pick your digicam (to be on) for long instructions of time, you're greater helpful off to bypass with something which you would be able to honestly replace the batteries on. Compact digicams have a bent to drag juice out of batteries right this moment away and once you're actually no longer close to to a wall outlet on a similar time as that occurs, your digicam is ineffective. If, on the different hand, you in particular pick to take snapshots of friends or events or events or such, a sleeker digicam could be greater helpful. undergo in recommendations you ought to continually purchase rechargeable AA batteries as properly.
Q:differs a lot from the left battery to the right? from left to right, each battery uses successivly less water from a lot to hardly any each time I add water. these are the standard wet batteries exactly the same as those used in fork lifts.
If I understand your question you have 4 total 6 volt batteries constituting a bank of 4 batteries in series/parallel, which should produce a high capacity 12 volt output. First of all I'm assuming that all of these batteries are in the same circuit and would be subject to the same loading and charging and they are wired correctly. That being the case I would be surprised if there was a great difference between any of the four batteries use of water. It sounds to me like if some of the same batteries are requiring lots of water at whatever interval you are checking there is a problem, especially if one or more of the others aren't. If this is the case my advice would be to contact the battery manufacturer and find out the proper process to equalize all four batteries. If you have one or more of these batteries using excessive water there is a problem. Remember this principal: When using two or more batteries your power is only as good as the weakest battery. That is why you always replace flashlight batteries together with two new ones. It sounds as though one or more of the batteries are sulphating, which will greatly reduce their capacity and generate excess heat boiling off the electrolyte prematurely. Check out my suggestion to equalize the batteries, which if they aren't too far gone will get them all back on equal footing again. Good luck.
Q:Hi. I accidentally used the wrong charger on my sony np-bn1 lithium ion battery for about, say, 30 minutes, and then realized I was using the wrong one, switched to the right one.A few hours passed, and now i have a problem where if i put it in my camera, it'll stay on for 5 seconds, and then say For use with compatible battery only.Plz help.
