Q:I'm trying to earn some brownie points with my wife after making her angry, so I decided to fix her antique rocking chair that belonged to her grandmother. Initially, just the arm was broken (really loose and would get knocked off really easily.) I sat down on the chair to get a closer look and the entire thing collapsed. It's now sitting on floor in about 10-12 split pieces. She will likely be home in a couple hours, so is there a good way to fix this in a timely manner? I can post more info if needed.
