ZWL-A-IX  PUMPING AGENT

(High Performance Admixture)

Applications

ZWL-A-IX pumping agent can be used in precast concrete, mass concrete, high fluidity concrete and concrete vibrating difficult in steel-intensive parts.

ZWL-A-IX pumping agent is suit for concrete with the requirements of high strength (with 28d compressive strength between 60MPa ~100MPa), high elastic modulus, low permeability, low shrinkage and excellent durability.

Properties

(1) Main constitute of ZWL-A-IX pumping agent is polycarboxylic acid water-reducing admixture. It is a kind of anion or non-ionic liquid admixture character with low chlorine, low alkali, non-toxic, no-corrosive, deposit-free, environmentally friendly.

(2) Excellent water-reducing ability. ZWL-A-IX pumping agent can significantly reduce 14% ~40% mixing water in concrete.

(3) Enhance physical and mechanical properties of concrete.

(4) Improve workability, reduce cement content.

(5) Good construction. The construction process can be improved by delaying setting time, lowering hydration heat, and putting off the heat peak.

(6) Excellent plasticizing property. The concrete containing ZWL-A- IX pumping agent has free-bleeding、free-segregation and low permeability performance.

Dosage

The dosage for normal strength and high strength concrete is typically 0.6%~1.2% and 1.2%~1.8% respectively, the recommended dosage for GB8076 standard test is 1.0%.

The amount of ZWL-A-IX pumping agent used in concrete will be slightly adjusted depending upon job requirements, such as concrete strength, variations in cement, aggregate and other job site conditions. Experiments for appropriate dosage must be carried out when changing concrete mix proportion or materials.

Usage

Special storage and charging system are needed. Carefully clean storage, transport pipeline, dispensing equipment, and mixer.

ZWL-A-IX pumping agent can not be compound with naphthalene and anthracene water reducing admixtures. Experiment must be done when ZWL-A-IX pumping agent is used together with other chemical admixtures and mineral admixtures.

Appropriate adding sequence and good quality mixing machine should be taken when preparing high strength concrete.

Experiment should be done when changing cement.

Packaging, transport and storage

(1) ZWL-A-IX pumping agent is available in sealed plastic or galvanized iron drums. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

(2) Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.

(3) Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of ZWL-A-IX pumping agent is one year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.

Health and safety

(1) Once splashed into eyes and skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

(2) Inedible. When eating by mistake, drink sufficient water to urge to vomiting, and then go to hospital.

(3) No littering. Caution should be taken to protect environment.
