Galvanized Ringlock Scaffold System
1. Introduction:
Ringlock scaffolding, also called Modular Scaffolding and Multidirectional Scaffolding, the junction enables quick and easy connection of load bearing items as well as reinforcing parts to each other with an enormous rigidity.
Ringlock scaffolding is the new generation product of cuplock sacffolding.The buckle part is a disc which diameter 133mm,and thickness 10mm. Scaffold vertical is a tube of D48*3.5mm which material is Q235/Q345B. On the vertical welded many disc every specific distance ,there is 8 holes on the disc,used to jonit the posts. On the bottom of vertical post is a base collar used to connect the scaffolding and the ground. Ledger is made by a tube with two wedge welded on the ends separately.

- Q:Buckle plate, fastener type, bowl buckle type full support of the algorithm are the same
- The difference is, need to use scaffolding with diagonal bracing, need to calculate the vertical beams (do housing support without braces), fastener scaffold fastener needs to calculate the amount of calculation, scaffolding is relatively simple
- Q:Is there any reason why you shouldn't?
- I think that depends on the application and how you want your floor to look. They tend to be about 2 thick and wide (which is good for a scaffold). But most flooring is only 3/4 thick. If you have a way to resaw them that might be good. When I was a kid (1965) I worked in a factory with a wood floor and the boards were 2 thick and about 8 wide. This was a good floor when the factory was built about 1920. Not so good these days. In the right setting they could be very interesting and decorative especially if you can leave the old paint and marks on them.

- Are you sure you didn't mean to say Scaphoid Fracture. The scaphoid process is a projection coming from your Scapula(shoulder Blade), that connects with the clavicle( )and humerus(arm). Hope this helps thanks.
- Q:I got my scaffolding piercing yesterday (a bar through the cartilage) and when i woke up this morning there was quite a lot of blood, i mean like there was big clumps of it around the holes. I've cleaned it up and it seems to look okay and it isn't any more painful than when i got it done yesterday. Is this normal?Thanks (:
- Yeah, your body is reacting to having a giant metal rod through it =] Its likely that in your sleep youve rolled onto it and that has caused the piercing to bleed. You can try putting a pillow next to you to aviod you rolling over. Otherwise dont sweat it just keep cleaning twice daily and youll be fine.
- Q:is it possible for me to get an industrial piercing like do i have the right kind of ear shape for it ?
- You can definitely get it! When you go in to get it they'll just measure the length from side to side of your ear and pick a bar according.. then you'll just have to go through the piercing process which isn't bad at all. Good luck!
- Q:this work wont start till tuesday and the scaffold has blocked my sky tv. am i within my rights to remove this scaffolding?
- No you are not within your rights to remove the scaffolding. Call the landlord to see if anything can be done. Or you could read, go for a walk. It is not the end of the world to not have tv.

- assuming the scaffold is uniform weight, take moments around 1 end to get the tension in the rope of the other the ∑M = 0, take the rope tension direction as positive 690 x 2.3 + 210 x (3.3 / 2) = T1 x 3.3 T1 = 586N Now moments around the other end 690 x (3.3-2.3) + 210 x (3.3/2) = T2 x 3.3 T2 = 314N You can check your answers as ∑F = 0, so 586 + 314 - 210 - 690 = 0
- Q:I got my scaffold/industrial piercing today..about 4 or 5 hours ago and The glands in my neck are now swollen pretty bad..I usually suffer with swollen glands but not this much..is this from the piercing?? Is it dangerous? Also my ear still stings is that normal?Thanks in advance
- There are a lot of viruses/allergies/sinuses going around right now, and I would say that the swollen glands aren't from the piercing, but it could very well be a lymph node in your neck with a collection of white blood cells grouping together to go fight the bacteria possibly from the piercing. And the stinging is fine, mine hurt for a really long time after I got it. Actually it still hurts quite often. But just keep applying the sea salt mixture three times daily and you should be healed up in no time! (:
