JS2102A, a new product improved with our latest technology on the basis of our former JS2102 machine at the end of 2004 is one of the key machines for books and newspapers with a fully automatic process for perfect printing jobs, doubling its productivity.

2. Main Features of JS2102A One-color Sheet Fed Offset Press:

Fast plate changes with narrow gap lock-up. This design makes plate changes particularly fast and easy, and no tools are required. Lock up in true register is made possible by register pins. The blanket cylinder with a tensioning shaft via a worm-gearing for easy operation. Adjustments to circumferential and lateral register of the cylinders are motorized.

The continuous ink feeding is employed, and the ink fountain roller may be indefinitely regulated and can track with press speed.

The spiral brush dampening system is used to keep the dampening solution clean and with a stable PH value.

With up to 45,000copies per hour, the 1:2:2 pin-type jaw folders are designed for high performance in newspaper production. The folder has a shaft less drive; the folding cylinder and the T.O.F. shaft are separately driven with their respective servo motors.
