- you are confusing track light with recessed lighting. Recessed lighting is recessed into your ceiling. You cannot see the lighting unit, as it is hidden. Track lighting is the opposite of that. Track lighting affixes to a mounted track fully visible usually on the ceiling, but could be on the wall as well. Track lights can be moved with relative ease and pointed in just about any direction. You can use existing wiring depending on the breaker size and amps pulled from other fixtures the circuit.

- I dont recomend this product. It will most likely turn your hair an orangy color instead of the blonde color you are wanting, and it is very damaging. It is also very unlikely it will come out even and will probably leave your hair splochy-looking.

- your brake lights and signal are on same filament in bulb . turn key on and try signal lights. if they dont work ethier then you have a bad ground near frame on back of car. but mos likly is the sockes are corroded and need to be cleaned. you might just have a rare instance where both bulbs burned out . if you replace bulbs dont touch new glass with bare hands the oil from fingers traps heat and they will burn out quiker. if u need more info email me. thse cars plus the focus are famous for headlamps and tail light bub , brake, burn out. your bar in the center is led lights they never burn out.
