Q:twisted metal question?
Metal
Q:Black metal/Death metal?
Most likely when a metal is placed into water it is going to form a metal oxide (M(OH)x) - where M stands for the metal and x is the number of hydroxide ions based on the metal's oxidation state - and hydrogen, either H or H2, H2 is hydrogen gas. For example: Mg + 2H20 -> Mg(OH)2 + H2 Ca + 2H20 -> Ca(OH)2 + H2 K + H20 -> KOH + 1/2H2 The reaction with a metal with 2+ oxidation state is rather vigorous and produces the rapid evolution of hydrogen gas (H2). I hope this makes sense and answers your question. Feel free to send me a message if you need more information.
Q:what are some good death metal bands?
Yes, I do. Choosing favourites is hard, but I know Death, Obscura, Bathory, Septicflesh, and Emperor would be in my list of favourites. Not into hardcore, and as for grind.... I only like a few grind bands, and they're really bands that incorporate grind elements such as deathgrind bands.
Q:Can battery acid melt through metals?
Deranged Vomitory Aeon Monstrosity Malevolent Creation Insision Brutality Broken Hope Sinister Demilich Blood Red Throne Jasad Brodequin Avulsed Benighted Vader Immolation Severe Torture
Q:How many metal gear solids are there?
physical metals are probably a better investment Say what? This has probably never been true in any 25 year period in the history of the world. Equity investments means you are putting capital to a productive use, mobilizing human capital to produce all the stuff that makes living fun and worthwhile. Owning precious metals does nothing productive. Because of that fundamental mismatch, owning precious metals is not a competitive way of earning money. Forget about the recent run-up of gold and silver fueled by Internet nonsense. This too shall pass. Equity investments are the way to build wealth, Always have been, always will be.
Q:metal detecter circuit?
My honest opinion, most distortion pedals sound like crap. I personally prefer good amp distortion. Plus pedals can be a pain to deal with when playing live. If you really want one, I suggest trying out all of them. Other than exploring other pedals by testing all of them out, I suggest you look up your favorite guitarist's choice of distortion pedals(if they use any).
Q:Metal Gear Solid - Should I play the first two Metal Gear games first?
3 Examples of metals which are used to coat other metals would be Gold, Chromium, and Zinc. Gold is used to coat other metals for a couple of reasons, 1) Gold is a ‘pretty’ metal which people will pay money to have things made of. But Gold is also an expensive metal (several hundred dollars per ounce), so one can get the same visual effect of having a gold ___ if it is just gold-plated and not solid gold, thus making it cheaper. 2) Gold is a chemically inert metal; it will not react with many things, and also has a very high electrical conductivity, so coating some other metal with gold will improve its chemical resistance to corrosion and lower its electrical resistance. Chromium metal is used to coat other metals for similar reasons, --Chromium is less reactive than many other metals so one can “Chrome-plate” a more reactive metal with Chromium and help protect the metal from corrosion. For example, many car’s have ‘chrome-plated’ bumpers. is --Also, Chromium is a visually appealing metal so having a nice shinny Chrome-plate bumper is considered more desirable than a rusty old Iron bumper. Zinc metal is used for a much different reason, --Zinc is more chemically react than most other metals and is not a particular pretty metal either. Zinc is often used as a sacrificial metal to help protect other metals. For example, many things like nails, screws, washers, …., are Zinc-plated to help protect those [Iron] parts from rusting. The Zinc will oxidize before the Iron, thus protecting the Iron at the expense of the Zinc.
Q:Is this nu-metal?
i would have to pick power , but I'm not sure how much difference is between the two, all the break-down on metal is really starting to get confusing, i just listen and enjoy what i like anymore ,,,, but good question
Q:any metal heads in here?
1. Which is hotter, the air inside your oven, or the metal inside? Since the metal is way hotter, it conducts heat better. 2. I'm guessing that is a metallic trait. Do gases even melt? lol 3. Dull/brittle sounds like a metalloid to me. If that's not an option, I would stick with metal. 4. Metals usually react with stuff on the opposite side of the periodic table....which are usually non-metals (aka ionic compound). I'm a little rusty at this stuff, but I think those are right.
Q:what one emo or metal?
Well, I tend to be a more of a fan of new metal.....BUT, there is no way I'd side with your friend if he is naming Korn and Slipknot as examples....I'll give you some better examples.... Pantera (well they aren't 'new') Soilwork Scar Symmetry Threat Signal Nightrage Hatebreed Lamb of God Throwdown Godsmack The Haunted Machinemade God Bloodsimple Disarmonia Mundi Miseration I totally understand why you would say old metal, also...but I tend to only listen to newer stuff from 90's on.....its just my taste, though I appreciate many of the older metal bands....I enjoy newer bands..... But, there are many crappy new metal bands around so I am not saying new metal as a whole is better....I am saying I enjoy the bands I listen to...most of which aren't wicked well-known or mainstream and that are very talented and actually produce great metal music unlike what some ppl call newer metal (such as Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Slipknot, etc...which is crap compared to the bands I listen to) I hope you see where I am coming from.....I just prefer metal bands from the 90's on..... :)
