- when you said system of a down is nu metal, then disturbed is not so far from that. i think Disturbed is quite nu metal as well. but when nu metal is accorded to a metal song with a little rap in vocals then pure nu metal bands are only like Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Korn, 4lyn, blindspot, etc. but yeah i would think that Disturbed had many influences and nu metal is a little bit in their influences as well. but that is just my humble opinion.
