Q:I‘m considering doing iron-ons all over a T-shirt. If anyone knows, do iron-ons usually make a T-shirt rather rubbery and hard?: Not really but depends on how cheap the iron ons are sometimes they do feel awkward from the inside of the shirt. They also may fall off after a number of washes.

There are a few deposits of pure iron (native iron) in Russia. However, you are probably not looking for this purity. A hardware store would be your best bet.

Q:anyone know of a good cordless flat iron?: Hi Better Together, The best cordless flat iron I could find was Ion FX and to be honest, the reviews on this one aren't stellar. They are okay. Some say that it doesn't last very long. But I guess if it does work, it works well. As well as a cordless could work. Perhaps you would prefer to get a mini flat iron instead of a cordless one, if you want it for travel. The KQC mini flat iron is great and it has dual voltage so you can use it overseas. Q:I was wondering how fast an iron supplement would get into your blood?I‘m donating blood tuesday and I‘m afraid my iron won‘t be high enough, so I was wondering if I eat high iron foods and take the supplement, will it change the level in my blood for this tuesday?: Unless you have been completely depriving yourself of iron prior to taking the iron supplement, I doubt you will see much of an increase in blood iron content. Iron will get absorbed in your large intestine (takes less than a day for food to get into the large intestine), but it's not always fully absorbed, and even if it is absorbed, who is to say that your body will retain the iron? It's thought that your blood iron content is somewhat genetic. You're probably getting more iron than you need in your diet already, and your body is probably just excreting it or only absorbing as much of it as it needs. I would be surprised if you saw a drastic change, unless you're anemic or have not had much iron in your diet at all lately. If you're iron level is too low to donate, it doesn't even mean that you're iron level isn't normal.

Q:this might sound really stupid, but what do flat irons do? do theyy just straighten hair?: Thats not stupid. Haha. I have naturally straight hair, and I use my flat iron to curl my hair. I curl it often actualy. In my opinion (a lot of people might not agree but I don't care lol) it's a lot easier to cul your hair with a flat iron as a opposed to a curling iron.
