Q: what foods are high in iron, i hate taking my iron pills. no red meat ewww.
About 55 pounds. It is good judgement to never go over 45 pounds.
Q: I was wondering how good the straightening irons work
they work well but it omstly depends on the brand Remmington wet2straight is a good price and works quite well )
Q: anymore? what are most of the iron products?
Most iron is converted to steel. Iron is usually too britttle and less consistent (less homogeneous) than steel for use in most applications. The other common uses of iron are cast iron for engine blocks and ductile iron for water and sewer piping. It is less prone to rusting than steel when installed in the ground although protective coatings will extend the useful life. Iron is also used in other industrial applications which would not be familiar to most consumers- pump volutes and blower housings. Iron is not used for wire because iron wire would not be bendable or shapeable. It is brittle and would most likely break during the installation.
Q: What are foods with iron in them? :)
To boost the amount of iron in your diet, try these foods: Red meat Egg yolks Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards) Dried fruit (prunes, raisins) Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels) Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops) Turkey or chicken giblets Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans Liver Artichokes And here's a tip: If you eat iron-rich foods along with foods that provide plenty of vitamin C, your body can better absorb the iron.
Q: I want to use an iron-on transfer, but I don‘t know how to use an iron. It says to use a dry iron on cotton settings, but my cotton setting uses steam. Please don‘t chide me or make fun of me for not knowing how to use an iron; I‘m just looking for answers. I don‘t want to ruin my new pillowcase.
definitely don't use steam it would ruin your iron on transfer. if your iron is a steam iron sometimes there is a button on the top of the handle that you could push so that no steam comes out. also don't put any water in your iron because that wouldn't allow any steam. plug in your iron and turn the dial to a medium setting and let it heat up a little. when you go to iron on your transfer place the transfer on your fabric then put another piece of fabric over the transfer and iron in gentle strokes. absolutely do not leave the iron in one place for a long amount of time because it will burn the fabric just make sure to constantly be moving the iron up back and forth across the fabric until your transfer is transferred onto the fabric.
Q: I want to know how long will it take to get back up? I‘m taking 2 Iron tablets a day +s my Prenatal. What kind of food can help too?I appreciate it!,Thank yuHappy Valentines Daylt;3
Two things:: 1)change wipers or they will leave marks on the windshield 2) Buy Rainex and apply on the glass. Or buy rainex windshield fluid and put it in windshield washer tank. very cheap to buy maybe like $1.99. use it regularly and you will see a lot of difference even after first use.
Q: Im an anemic with prenisious anema (anemia) and have trouble keeping my iron levels up my doctor has subscribed irion suppliments that sometimes act if though they don‘t work fast enough can i get some help on high iron foods to eat,.
Broccoli, spinach, beans, red meat, liver and egg yolks are high in iron.
Q: who discovered iron actually?
It is widely believed iron came into the Earth along with meteors. There is evidence that we have been using iron for the last 5000 years. The Eskimos in Greenland, matter of fact, made their iron tools for hundred of years from a large (30 tons) meteorite.
Q: i have straighteners, but i dont know weather they are a flat iron or not. they are cermaic - they are babyliss 230.c.are flat irons better? what do flat irons do to your hair?please help!
I don't think you are aware of how difficult it is to repair a head gasket. It involves removal of the top half of the engine, taking it COMPLETELY APART, checking to see if the head is cracked or warped, if it is warped, seeing if it can be shaved down so it is level. Then you put a new gasket on WITH THAT SEALER as an adhesive, and for some cars it isn't necessary. Then you put together the head, and bolt everything down. With a car that age and that mileage, I would seriously consider getting rid of it.
