I'm very self conscious and hate wearing glasses in front of my classmates, so I really would like to wear contacts. Get rubbing alcohol and Epsom salt, stick it in a baggie or something that you don't really need and fill it so the the alcohol completely covers it then add about 3 -4 table spoons of salt. Leave it sitting for at least 48 hours, then wash it out with water. Should look like new

They should wear gloves, not only for your safety but for theirs too. You'll be fine but next time if you notice no gloves inform them you would feel more comfortable with them if they wore gloves ecspecially if they need to have contact with your skin, such as pinching the area where the injection is being given.
