Cemented Carbide (Tungsten Carbide) as a new material has already been widely used in the high speed wire production line. Its mainly chemical composition is Wc and binder (Co-Ni-Cr). According the different stands and requirements, we will adjust the ratio to produce the best suitable tungsten carbide carbide roll rings for customers.

The feature of cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) rolls: high hardness (generally HRA ≥79), great wear-resistance, higher corrosion resistance, good thermal cracking resistance.
