Synthetic Ice Rink Board can be instead of real ice. It will not need Ice maker equipment. Because of UHMWPE material, the floor wax is not also necessary, or you can use it to get longer service life. Generally speaking, our product will have more than 10 years lifetime.

If you like, you can skate in summer outdoor anywhere. You can also install a synthetic ice rink in your basement for children to play, and you can do with them to enjoy family time.

As for the maintenance, it is a piece of cake. You only need to mop it like your house floor to keep white. The UHMWPE is harder than steel, so the scratch is not worried.

Q: I got a new tripod for my camera recently and would like to convert my old one into something resembling a nightstand or tv tray; I was thinking of using a board or flat surface with a nut or something similar attached to the bottom that would be the right thread size to screw onto the tripod. The idea would be to have a platform/tabletop surface that could have its height easily adjusted up and down; I know they make things like these, but I'd rather not pay $85.00 for a 15 inch piece of plastic that's ready-made to screw on to tripods (like this: http://amzn.to/9k4i2N) or $150.00+ for an adjustable end table (like this: http://amzn.to/a6UExN) when I can probably make something very similar myself for less than 5 bucks with the right equipment. problem is, I'm not very handy with this type of stuff and don't really know how to go about attaching a threaded hole to a board or what type of threaded hole I should even be looking for. I figure it can't be that hard, though. Any help?
I've made specialty 'adapters' for several tripods to correct lens focal length (in virtual tour productions), by making a slim molding from wood, that mimics the profile of the camera 'wedge' that locks down on the tripod. The wedge can be screwed into whatever 'shelf' material you want from there. That top is then removable, but still fairly secure, provided you don't overload it. Mine was easy with the table saw (for the angles), but perhaps you could make one with a hand saw? Good luck.
Q: Do plastic sheets have any limitations or disadvantages?
Yes, plastic sheets do have limitations and disadvantages. Some of the limitations include their vulnerability to UV radiation, which can cause them to become brittle and crack over time. They also have a relatively low melting point, making them unsuitable for high-temperature applications. Additionally, plastic sheets can be prone to scratching and are not as strong or durable as materials like glass or metal. Furthermore, their production and disposal can contribute to environmental pollution and waste.
Q: Can plastic sheets be used for sneeze guards?
Yes, plastic sheets can be used for sneeze guards. They are often used as a transparent barrier to prevent the spread of droplets during sneezing, coughing, or talking, providing a protective barrier in various settings like restaurants, offices, and retail stores.
Q: what is the overlayer plastic sheet used on standard dvd and game case called?
that's thoroughly pointless, i think of people might desire to easily be able to purchase video clips of On call for or Verizon and function the flexibility to maintain them continuously on like a saved folder, and then with comparable song on Itunes and vehicles might desire to come put in with iPod holders so which you will play that rather of CD's, haha I even have weird and wonderful philosophy.
Q: Can plastic sheets be used for shower enclosures?
Yes, plastic sheets can be used for shower enclosures. They are often used as a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to glass enclosures. However, it is important to choose a high-quality and durable plastic sheet that is specifically designed for wet environments to ensure longevity and proper functionality.
Q: Are plastic sheets resistant to staining from cleaning agents?
Yes, plastic sheets are generally resistant to staining from cleaning agents.
Q: Pink fiberglass insulation comes either faced or unfaced. On DIY shows on TV, I almost always see people using unfaced insulation and putting a sheet of plastic visqueen over the studs, rather than using faced insulation and not needing visqueen. Which method is better?
There is a new thought on this.Using vapor barrier in homes has been popular for the last 15 or so years. They have been making houses tighter and tighter, resulting in having to install air exchange units. Since a lot of these homes are now being remodeled and the drywall is being removed, they have discovered that the vapor barrier is causing mold growth. Moisture is being trapped between the drywall and he visqueen and the paper is a perfect area for mold. The industry is now suggesting not using vapor barrier, but if you have an older house that needs the protection, use the visqueen and a mold resistant drywall. Its really the paper on the back side of the drywall that is the problem.
Q: In the past, I would print on 8.5 x 11 clear plastic sheets (about as thick or a little thicker than paper) using a LasorJet printer and had good results. Except when it was too thin and the heat tended to kind of curl or warp it. Will inkjet printers print on the same material? Or does it have to have some coating?

Q: Can plastic sheets be used for protective packaging?
Yes, plastic sheets can be used for protective packaging. They offer flexibility, durability, and resistance to moisture and impact, making them suitable for various applications such as wrapping, cushioning, and securing items during transportation or storage.
Q: Are plastic sheets resistant to cracking from heavy loads?
Yes, plastic sheets are generally resistant to cracking from heavy loads. However, the level of resistance may vary depending on the type and quality of plastic used.
