you aren't supposed to put foil in the microwave at all, it will mess your microwave up, i don't know what the most damage is because whenever i mistakenly put foil in the microwave and hear the noise i hurry and take it out, but if the potato chip bags are made of foil it won't do too much damage because me and my cousins and my brother are always puttin' them in the microwave and the only thing they do is shrink.

I've lost two of the four center-caps for the aluminum rims on my truck, and its very displeasing to the eye. I was thinking of buying hubcaps for all four tires and just throwing the center-caps out, but then read that hubcaps may not fit aluminum rims.So what is the case here? Can aluminum rims be fitted with hubcaps?
There is no way you are ever going to be able to put a hubcap on an aluminum rim. If you want hubcaps on your car then you are going to have to buy steel rims. You can get used steel rims at the junkyard for $20 a piece, but they are a little rusty and don't look the best. You want to put hubcaps on, so this won't matter to you. Then you can get hubcaps at your local auto parts store for around $25-50 for a set of 4. You are looking at spending at least $120 for this. You could also go to the junkyard and look for the center caps you need or look on sites like OKorder

there is a reason that disposable coffee cups are made of styrofoam a layer of styrofoam with aluminum foil on the heat side (to contain radiant heat) is your best bet the thicker the insulation (styrofoam), the better the containment
