Q:Why is it necessary to keep records of all inspection carried out on scaffolds as stated in Regulation 39?
some times ppl die because of neglect and lack of mentainance so some have take responsobility for this
Q:Are there any biological examples of scaffolding in evolution?
The classic demonstration was in the E. coli long term experiment. A strain gained the ability to metabolize citric acid after 31,500 generations. Culturing preserved strains from 15,000 and 20,000 generations showed that there was an event that occurred in between that enabled the later conversion to citrate metabolism.
Q:What are the characteristics of disc scaffolding
Disc scaffolding and scaffolding, for manufacturers, construction units, rental units refer to a scaffold, just two different names. The same scaffolding.
Q:when do i change my scaffold piercing?
Hi :) You can change it after 4 months usually But sometimes it can take up to a year It depends on the person , everybody's body heals differently You should go back to your piercer and ask if it's healed enough to change the jewellery Yep , it's normal A scaffold piercing goes through the cartilage and cartilage piercings can take up to a year to fully heal :)
Q:looking for a scaffolding job in dubai can anyone help?
Hi okorder.com, we are Dubai based scaffolding contractor.
Q:Specification and type of scaffold erection
4 the vertical pole of the scaffold, the size of the cross bar according to the specific use of the scaffold to determine the specific circumstances, but shall not exceed the following values:Horizontal vertical rod vertical rod large cross bar small crossbar small cantilever cantilever length 1.5m 1.2m 2.0m 1.5m 0.45M5 ramps board, springboard slope is no larger than 1:3, width of not less than 1.5m. 6 wooden rods: wire with 8#
Q:How soon can you change a scaffolding piercing?
Scaffold piercings, being two cartilage piercings connected by a single bar, take six months for initial healing and twelve months for a fully healed tunnel of flesh to be formed. Don't change it yet, I assure you, you will regret it. Just be patient, keep on cleaning, cleaning, salt-soaking.
Q:what is common cause of formwork and scaffolding failure during construction?
Improper assembly seems to be a big one. Workers often neglect to install the internal diagonal from upper corner to opposite lower corner when it comes to scaffolding. Formwork usually fails by inadequate bracing at the bottom as hydrostatic pressure builds. This can be mitigated to some extent by allowing the concrete to set up a bit before pouring the next layer. For earth formwork, you have to be real careful about expansive clay becoming saturated and overwhelming the bracing as it expands.
Q:Have you heard of meat on a scaffold?
Sounds weird. When eaten I wonder how this experiment would affect the human body. It just might turn normal people into Liberals. If that's the case then I don't want anything to do with it.
Q:how long will a scaffold piercing take to heal?
They take around 6-9 months to heal completely...you shouldn't be taking it out at all. I stupidly took mine out after 3 months to clean a bit behind the bar and the bar would never go back through the top hole. It hurt like crap and bled profusely if I tried to push it through.
