- sounds stupid but touch a bare wire to the wiper motor housing and the other end to a ground and see if it works. Chevy's have a thin ground on there wiper motors and if broken will do things like this. If its the problem just put a ground wire to the fire wall and it will last longer than a new motor. May not be the problem but is common.

- The wiper motor is a complex system of gears, electronics, and electrical contacts. This is why the wipers reverse direction when they operate. There would be no way to do what you said. Your cheapest bet is to go to a junkyard and get the parts you need off a donor car.

- Well you could ither have one of 2 problmes. 1 could be that the wire for you windshiled wipers could be bad. 2 you might need a new computer or it might be damages which means it will tell your car the wrong thing to do! hope it helps

- This is a new blade it appears that a couple of bolts are lose all you have to do is tighten them yourself so very easy to do. I would check to make sure that the bolts are in fact loose if not then hopefully you still have receipt and you could exchange it as this would be a manufacture error not yours. good luck

- If you mean the control stick used to control the wipers on the side of the steering wheel, it is usually just a matter of plugging the wire harness back in, since it is actually pretty hard for a wire harness to come undone, you may have broken the control stick itself, which will need to be replaced. This could be upwards of 100$ for the part alone, depending on how many different accessories were controlled by it. Hope this helps.
