Q:im quite high up so would have to do the job internally (from the inside..avoiding climbing on roof). it seems that a material (looks like cement?) was used on this old roof (on the inside) and some of this has washed away as i can see daylight where the rain water is leaking through. there's also no black felt evident: You cannot repair any roof from the inside.
