- you smoked something that you didnt even know what the hell it was? are you CRAZY!? it could have been anything, the equipment used doesnt really point to what was used. it could have been Meth amphetamine, Crack, Marijuana, or any manner of chemical/drug. i suggest that next time if your going to use, you atleast find out what it is. Edit_ if it was a tube like a small pipe, it probably wasnt marajuana, it's usually placed in a bong (google it), made into a ciggrette/joint/spliff/blunt or made into a food to consume.

So, it must be a collar (like a choker) that fits very tightly on one piece and under another. The screw nut then squeezes the outer one.
