- Do the research backward: call a company that does a lot of heavy machinery work and ask what training companies they use or think are best. Before you do that talk with folks at your construction company because they might be willing to pay for your training. More importantly, ask if they will use you in that capacity if you have the training. There might be reasons they prefer to use outside contractors for that work...?

- Because most machinery present an inductive load and so has a less-than-unity power factor. The current peak lags the voltage peak in the two waveforms. However, as the current is drawn at a lower voltage (away from the peak), the load current is higher to get the same overall power to the machine. eg. if it took 20% more current to make up for the voltage phase offset, a 1000W load would be taking the same current as a 1200W load at unity power factor. That's the VA rating, it's equivalent to watts at unity power factor.

- you need to describe your question better. Is the high temp on the hydraulic system or the crusher system? If it is hydraulic, add an oil cooler to the system and depending on the temperature desired it could be an air or water cooler. If it is the crusher, you can lighten the feed rate or open it up a little to let air go through the machine. The other thing look at the set temperature for tripping and make sure the switch is set properly. The other thing is, is the crusher set up right for the material that you are crushing. You may have to adjust the mix of feed or put another crusher in line if you are overloading it. And all crushing is not the same. You can crush aluminum cans by just squeezing them into a block or you can shred them into bits with a shredder/crusher. Not clear what you are doing.

I am 13 6'2 165 and can just about dunk but I want to have extreme hops like the best dunkers.
