to tan your sides just lay on your side, it might be a tight squeeze but it will work. if you're on your left side, keep your right arm under your head so you can tan your underarms too and then vice versa for your right side. i usually lay on my stomach for about half the time. i turn my head back and forth, and sometimes put my chin on the bed so i can tan my neck and under my chin. my hair stylist told me sun-in is a bad idea and that it would turn my hair orange (i have brown hair). if you have brown hair too then i suggest brilliant brunette (although it does make your hair fall out more.. gross) or aveda has some great, more pricey products.

Q:what does it mean? only going to the wash room and headin to bed? staying at home. oking playing with kids ?going out to dine once awhile? what is meant by bed rest ??? im pregnant and have bled for 2 days!

There are different levels of bed rest, your doctor should have specified what you are and aren't supposed to be doing. I would call the doc right away and find out more details. But generally I would stay in the bed, only get up to go to the bathroom. Do you have someone to help you? I was on bedrest for 20 weeks, it is no fun but all worth it when you get to hold your baby. i skipped the toddler bed and bought my 21 month old daughter a full size...i don't see the point in wasting money on a bunch of different beds....i didn't put it on a frame so she can climb in and out of it easily and she was so excited about her big girl bed and helping pick out her bedding!

You didn't have to put him in a toddler bed. I'd imagine that when he starts school and is then a big boy he will want a twin(you can still use racing sheets). As long as he fits and likes it you are good.
