Q:Really want to get a captains bed for our 2 1/2 year old boy. Twin size. And a captains bed is the kinds that have drawers under the bed. Is it safe to have him in a bed w/o rails he's in a toddler bed right now. He's tall so I would make sure to get one that he can get in and out of with ease

Sure! There's no problem with that. You might want to give him a step-stool thingie to help him get in and out if you're worried about the height. But since he's tall, probably isn't an issue. 2.5 is def old enough.

Q:i'm looking to buy a new bed, i have back problems, any suggestions?

OMgosh..yes. It's awesome...We bought one about 3 months ago and I swear by it. I work as a nurse and when I come home with a sore back, I make the bed firmer to support my back. On regular days, I put it back to my regular setting. How can you do that with a normal bed? You can't. I used to sleep on the couch when my back was hurting from work....because my old bed wasn't firm enough on the days I needed it to be. It's an expensive bed, but it's worth it!

It's hard to say. Some people like mattresses very high off the ground. It's also related to the shape and style of the bedstead.

Q:Is it worse to use a level 2 tanning bed for 12 minutes or a level 5 tanning bed for 2 minutes?

Probably the level 5 bed at only 2 minutes. but the first time you ever go into a tanning bed it raises your chance of getting skin cancer up to 75% even if you only tan ONCE! im only 18 and i had to get a thing on my nose removed that they thought was cancerous because of tanning beds and i have premature age lines around my eyes. and i only used the tannig bed for 3 months. I'm not trying to preach but you really don't want to do that to yourself.

Q:I have been put to bed rest.Does this literally mean lying in bed?Is it okay if I sit up in bed, sit at my table to do some work on the computer, or sit on the sofa and read, etc?

i was put on bed rest in my 5th month. i am still but the kind of bed rest has changed. at first i needed to lay down and eat in bed...then it was sit in reclining position most of the day...now im allowed to walk but not too much. make sure you calll your obgyn to ask her the implications of your bedrest and what you need to do to follow it. make sure you pick up a hobby tat you can do in bed or reclining. otherwise you could get a bit stir crazy. i know i did and im still annoyed with being on my butt all day. best of luck

Platform beds do not require box springs. That's what the wood on the platform beds do. Just find a nice mattress!

Bed room set! U can get an Xbox for cheap. Beds cost way more
