Ceramic fiber cloth introduction:

Ceramic Fiber Cloth/Tape is a woven fabric made from our high quality ceramic fiber woven yarn. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, or optional Inconel/alloy steel wire reinforcement. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property. It is featured with heat insulation and high temperature protective materials in all kind of thermal installations and heat-conducting systems, widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.

Ceramic fiber cloth Advantages:

-Lightweight and low thermal conductivity.

-Excellent insulation at high temperature.

-Resists corrosive chemicals, commonly used acid and alkali.

-Strong and abrasive. It can be used in tough environment.

-Good substitute of asbestos products in many insulation and sealing applications.

-Reinforcing material: glass fiber wire, stainless steel wire, glass fiber and stainless steel wire

Ceramic fiber cloth Application

-Heat insulation furnace curtain, large area thermal insulation.

-Radiant heat shielding, flexible fabric expansion joints for high temperature piping.

-Safety blankets, welding blankets, protective and insulating covers, gaskets, cable or pipe wrapping, etc.

Q:Graphite and other carbon materials may be oxidized to CO or CO2 at high temperatures. But why can they be refractories?
There is no contradiction for this. Any substance can be combustible, but different materials have different ignition points. There are many types of graphite. Pyrolytic graphite has a much lower ignition point. Therefore, as long as it reaches at a certain temperature, it can convert into graphite. Mostly, in practical applications (such as brake pads will add a certain amount of graphite), graphite is required to have refractoriness of below 1000 ℃. Graphite can serves as both the combustible and refractory material. So, it can be used as a fire-resistant and high-temperature-resisrant material because graphite (lamellar graphite) has a ignition point of at least 3000 degrees in an oxygen free condition. The above information is for reference only and is offered by Xin Ruida Graphite Company.
Q:What defect does fused cast refractories have ?
In glass production, in addition to refractory as a building material and consider its durability, we still must attach great importance to its influence on glass quality. In such cases, the impact on the quality of glass is mainly the defects that eroded down refractory materials mixed in the glass, thus being prodeced of grass products. Defects are mainly foreign body defects such as sand, knot and wave reinforcement. What may directly affect the quality of glass are the wall brick and brick kiln bottom.
Q:How many kilns using refractories are needed? What are the furnaces respectively?
There are many magnesia-chrome bricks and alkali insulation tiles); aluminum manufacturer roaster; The bottom of the glassworks regenerative chamber generally use the clay checker bricks, which is popularly used in many places of the steel mill. the upper of the power plant uses low pore brick and magnesia bricks. The forehearth uses the corundum bricks, and the cement plant uses dry and wet rotary kiln (silmo brick
Q:How long is the duration of fire resistance of hollow glass magnesium board
Glass magnesium board is non-combustible board with excellent fire resistance ability, the continuous burning time of flame is 0, non-combustible at 800℃, no flame at 1200℃, achieving the highest level of fire retardant level A1; Partition System cooperated with high-quality keel can endure fire for more than 3 hours. In the process of combustion, a large amount of heat energy can be absorbed, and the temperature of the surrounding environment will be delayed.
Q:What are the materials of white firebricks?
White refractory materials are generally divided into two types, namely, unshaped refractory materials and shaped refractory materials. Unshaped refractory materials, also called castables, is a mix of powdery particles of many aggregates and one or multiple adhesives. They must be stirred well with one or multiple liquids when in use, which has a strong liquidity. Unshaped refractory materials generally refers to firebricks. They have standard rules about their shapes and can also be processed temporarily as needed.
Q:What are included in roof thermal insulation fireproofing material?
Aluminium foil, bubble, aluminium foil/air bubbles/fireproofing aluminium foil thermal insulation material, fireproofing bubble thermal insulation material, fire retardant thermal insulation material, thermal insulation construction materials, aluminum foil insulation material.
Q:How many external wall thermal insulation fireproof material are there
Class A exterior wall insulation: Rock wool, glass wool, silicate, aluminum silicate, calcium silicate, phenolic foam, foam glass
Q:who knows the fire endurance of fireproof coating?
this is not specfied , depending on design requirements. The products we made have fire endurance from 1to 4hours . We have not done any higher.how is the fireproof coating in improving fire resistance of building components? finishing fireproof coating; wood fireproof coating; fire-resistant coating for steel structure, fire-resistant coating for concrete structures, tunnel fire retardant paint, fire retardant paint for the cable. Fire retardant coating is composed of the base materials (that is film forming substance), pigments, ordinary coating additives, fire retardant agent and dispersion medium. In addition to fire retardant agent, other components functions the same as in ordinary coating, but its performance and thickness are specifically required.
Q:The classification of clay according to refractoriness, and what is the plasticity and plasticity index of clay?
Q:What's the classification of refractory material?
Magnesium aluminum is complex and mainly seeing what classification standard is like according to the appearance shape can be divided into two categories, setting and not setting according to the acid alkali can be divided into acidic, magnesia, high aluminum, ramming expected, spinel, spray coating, plastic, just the quality of the jade, daub material according to the chemical composition is divided into, such as clay, neutral and alkaline according to the operation mode can be divided into different castable, magnesium, calcium, magnesium chrome
