Q:clueless about cars...what is a suspension lift?
A Suspension lift is usually a kit that has longer springs that puts the body/frame further away from the axles. Which is preferred over a body lift which only seperates the body from the frame. A suspension lift also provides more suspension travel. Which leads me to your next question. What you see those Jeeps doing when the tires move but the body stays fairly level is called flexing or articulation. All suspensions provide this movement but it depends on the suspension design as to how much flex it has.
Q:When cars on lift, only one wheel spins while in drive.?
it is completely normal, FWD cars dont have a locked differential in the front. that means that only one wheel will be powered when the car is driven. the same goes for RWD cars that dont have a limited slip differential or a posi rear-end.
Q:Is there a problem with the Dubai / Sharjah Police if i use Car lift?
You will have no problem of course but the driver will have a fine of 5000 AED!!!
Q:install lift blocks on a car?
Lift blocks go inbetween the leaf springs and the axles on trucks, not always the best choice anyways since they allow twisting of the axle against the U-joint and the driveshaft. I doubt you have leaf springs on your car. You should have 4 wheel independent suspension using coilovers. what that means is that you have a shock inside a large spring that controls the ride of your vehicle. There are aftermarket coil-over spacers out there, just dont go too cheap and do the hockey-puck trick, its not safe. If you decide to go with coilover spacers, you should expect a rougher/stiffer ride becuase the spring will be more compressed, and that can lead to sudden loss of control while driving over larger bumps/holes. If your goal is higher off the ground, then i would highly recommend just installing larger tires, and if you dont want to invest alot of money into the car this is your best choice. 20 min with a saws-all and a hammer in your wheel wells can provide the ability to go up 1 or 2 diameter tire sizes Without knowing the year/make/model this is the best advice i can give you.

Q:my lowrider hydraulics stop working, they wont lift the car up?
I am guessing that it is an air operated hydralic system? In which case, you probably have a small leak at one of the connections, and you can't produce enough air pressure to raise the car. Use soap and water to check the connections. Also could be a blown seal in any of the hydralic cylinders, as one failure probably messes up the whole system. If all that fails check the pressure being generated by the pump, as the pump may have a blown seal or something causing it to not generate enough air pressure.

Q:Why do we use piston in a hydraulic car lift ?can we use something else instead?
Using a piston allows design calculations for critical stresses in a pressure vessel to be applied to a particular region where the intensity of the stress is concentrated, and this allows for safety-conscious design while allowing for other less stress-vulnerable components to be designed using less material. Other than safety, there also may be maintainability issues involved which would dictate the lift mechanism's design. The 'form factor', even, of a single large vertical piston places the source of equipment failure in a single mechanism, solidly mounted below the lift in a location pretty much out of the way of a mechanic's normal maintenance activities. An overhead crane could do the same job and still be 'out of the way', but you could see for yourself why these weren't traditionally used. The auto frame needs to be supported at points directly on the frame, not on the body, and the single fixed support frame is the best solution to this situation (unless you're working on an exhaust system, of course). There isn't any reason why you couldn't machine a large screw to lift the vehicle instead of the piston, but you would use up so much material that you'd spend the rest of your years trying to pay for it. That's an economic issue, both for manufacturers and buyers.
