The SIM card drawer will slide open from there. You can't access the battery at all.

Q:Hello, I just recently bought a dual docking station with 2 battery packs for my regular wiimote and now I want to buy a wiimote plus (built in motion plus) but since the wiimote + is longer and I've never seen one in person I don't know if my regular docking station and battery packs will work and fit the wiimote+ or will I need to buy special battery packs and docking station for it? Thanks alot for answering!: Since Wiimote Pluses UTILIZE THE SAME DIMENSIONS as the original Wiimote, the battery packs should work with minimal issues. The only time a Wiimote is longer is when you have the Wii Motion Plus add-on installed to an older Wiimote, which can be removed to fit with the docking station. As Wiimote Pluses have Wii Motion Plus built-in, it doesn't need to be any longer than the original Wiimote. Hope this clear things up!

Rechargeable batteries have a life span. There comes a time where they simply don't recharge anymore. I'll cross fingers for you that all your camera needs is some brand new batteries. Sometimes, it can even be something as simple as dirty contacts - use some rubbing alcohol to clean all the contacts and let them dry for a minute before you put the batteries back in.
