This burner is 349KW one.

Introduction:

Innovative product in China--biomass burner. Brand: HUAYUAN

Specification: 58~1395KW  Burner over 1395KW can be modularized.

The III generation biomass burner promoted in July 2014:

1. We use the casting modularized hearth. The boiler core is the only thing to be replaced in the post maintenance of burner. It is cheap and easy to change the modular fittings.

2. Generation III biomass burner adopts hyper heat-resistant casting material, replacing I and II generation material, which makes less cost and more stable performance.

3. The actual capacity of traditional burner is 70%, HUAYUAN marks authentic datas on the nameplates.

4.  HUAYUAN product has hyper-high temperature efficiency burnning tar and other harmful substance totally which will not be attached to the tubes to cause block.

5. The flame colour of HUAYUAN product combustion is white and blue, realizing clean combustion.

6. Solve the problem that no coking fuel could be used in the traditional burner. More biomass fuel could be applied.

7. One-button control system to set fire, feed bunker, and control temperature automatically.

8. Equipped with dust blower system, which could be cleaned after long-time usage. Different size of reducer adapter could be made according to customers' requirement.

9. Widely applied to high temperature required conditions as coal-fired, natural gas-fired and oil burning boiler reconstruction, as well as industrial drying painting.

Q:I live in a 3bed semi. The boiler is ok but I would like to buy an 'A' rated new type. I do not know where to start, suffice to say that when I went on British gas site they did not give any prices!! I always like value for money....thanks in advance, Lindsey
ultimate to seek the internet for the final bargains. be conscious, make a value assessment for the boiler with each and all of the extras you pick (flues, timers etc) and remember the Vat transport too. sometime to get the commerce provides you with can desire to quote your 'gas secure practices info', and even have a commerce account. Does your gas secure practices engineer no longer comprehend the final places to source your boiler?, i discover the final fee places to purchase one variety is by no ability the main inexpensive for yet another variety. As we ordinarily purchase Valiant boilers, i could no longer say of the right of my head the final bargains for Bosch.
Q:this was offered to me I thought the price was too high
This depends on your location and the brand and type of installation if it is a change out then it can be roughly $5,000.00
Q:So I just installed a Titan tankless water heater. I’m not a hippy tree-hugger, mind you. I just HATE sending money to National Fuel. In any event, it got me thinking that if the water used in my boiler system was heated through this mechanism, my fuel use would decrease to virtually zero. While my electricity costs would increase, the increase should be less than the $300.00 monthly gas bill (and that’s the balanced billing rate… yeah, I’m getting screwed, and that’s AFTER insalling 30 brand new double-pane argon filled windows).Do “flash heating” boilers exist (whereby the water is heated instantly as it passes through a tankless water heater)? If so, do they offer savings over traditional natural gas boilers, enough to warrant the investment? Because I’m not really buying into the whole “your best energy value” thing... what a crock is sh1t that is.I would love to hear what you have to say.Thank you.
Firstly you are not talking apples and apples here. The Titan is for heating potable domestic and your boiler is for non potable heating water. However there is a way you can save money, the initial output would be expensive. What you can do is install a domestic tank with a heat exchanger, most boiler manufacturers supply, and would need to be professionally installed, so that when you are using the boiler for heat you can be heating your domestic water as well, and when not in use you can switch the Titan heater back on. They do not make any boilers that operate instantaneously like the titan water heater, but you can purchase one with a better efficiency rating.
Q:what is the purpose of providing fusible plug in boiler?
Fusible Plug
Q:kw=gph x delta T / 410 How do you work this out???
The Boiler's Horsepower = (pounds per hour of water entering the boiler)*(h1 - h2)/33,475 Where h2 = enthalpy of the water entering the boiler and h1 = enthalpy of the steam leaving the boiler. Then 1 horsepower = 0.7457 KW, so multiply the Horsepower answer by 0.7457 to get the KW rating of the boiler. To get your other equation you have to assume that the boiler doesn't form any steam. The basic equation is Q = M*cp*(T2-T1) where: Q = BTU/HR cp=specific heat of water = 1.0 M=weight of water entering the boiler, Pounds per hour T2=Temp. of water leaving T1=Temp of water entering. 1000 BTU per hour = 0.2928104 KW 1 gallon = 62.4/7.481 = 8.341 pounds Q = GPH*8.341*1.0*(T2-T1) = BTU/HR KW = 0.29291*BTU/HR/1000 KW = 8.341*.29281*GPH*(T2-T1)/1000 KW = .00244*GPH*(T2-T1) KW = GPH*(T2-T1)/410
Q:Need a new boiler and I'm debating between Oil and propane. Main concerns are initial cost, vs. cost to run. Any experts out there?
Running costs at the moment are probably not very far apart but gas boilers are generally cheaper to buy and install and are cleaner. Also more flexibility of installation sites with regards to flueing. Fuel tanks, some companies supply them free and others charge so shop around for both and get some installation prices and compare fuel suppliers prices.
Q:It was off and now I turned it on. At first there was a small blue flame, I adjusted the knob to where it says it should be and the flame got as bigger (its about as big as the flame on a stove set on high)Is it supposed to look like that or just a small blue flame?
You really need to have your gas pressure checked but make a comparison to your water heater pilot light, the flame should be mostly blue and shooting directly on the thermocouple. It should look like a small torch. If the flame is large orange and wavy you need to remove and disassemble the pilot assembly and clean it with a small wire brush, or find a new one and just replace it. Work safe and turn off the gas and electric while repairs are being made.
Q:My problem is how to start handling this problem. Do i need to consider residue as a flue? Dear engineers out there, really needs your help! Thanks!
You will need to determine the steam pressure to be generated and from that you will know the steam saturation temperature. You will need to know if the stream will also be superheated. The availability of the fuel will determine the steam generation rate. You will need the heating value of those residues ( or of the various residues) and the available, sustained feed rate of the residues to determine the heat rate available to the boiler processes. Based on the chemical composition of the residue you will need to calculate the combustion air flow rate and add about 20%. Some of the available combustion heat will be lost through the boiler insulation. Considerable heat will be exit through the hot exhaust stack and some will be lost in the discharged ash. Some of the heat in the hot exhaust gasses can be used to preheat the combustion air and some to preheat the boiler feed water. The exhaust gasses must not drop below around 350F to prevent condensation of corrosive acids coming from sulfur compounds in the fuel so the amount of exhaust heat recovery is limited. Then the balance will be available to heat the steam. Associated with the generation of steam will be the power required for boiler feed water pumps and the induced draft and any forced draft fans. These may be either electrically or steam turbine driven. There will be an auxiliary condensate return system and a boiler make-up feed water supply and treatment system. There will be electric drivers for the conveying , preparation and injection of the fuel supply and for ash removal.
Q:Please, answer the question relating which one to use for synthetic and/or natural textile finishing(stenter and dyeing machines)
i think thermic oil boiler is better than steam boiler.it lives more and has a better qauilty.and properties of oil are better than properties of water.we are studying this subject(boiler and heat exchanger) at school.we started studying this subject this month, so i don't have many information about it.i hope from God helps you at this.best wishes to you.
Q:Boiler not igniting when asking for dhw , neon B flashing every 5 seconds, so no fault indicated, please help! ( ps heating working ok )
first thing you have proberly paid out more than it would cost you to have insured you system for a year or got a honest corgi engineer out to solve your problem but all may not be lost just drain your boiler and check the pressure in the expansion vessel approx 1/2 bar if not pump it up also change the aav if this does cure your problem then call a engineer depending about ?40.00 to ?80.00 a hour .most faults found in about 1/2 hr.
