Q:I had the camera fully charged, taken a couple of shots and the next time I used it, the change battery pack appeared. When I closed the camera and opened it again, it worked just fine. This has happened every once in a while since then--way before the low battery sign appeared. I've only had this camera for a month so I don't know why it's acting up already.Any answer or suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! )
it sounds to me that you have a short circuit, I hope that you have a warranty, I just notice that you have had your camera for more then a month! sorry to say that your camera more then a month, that means that the warranty is expired! this repair will cost money out of pocket. sorry for the bad news! Thanks Bob
Q:I want to power six devices which take one CR2032 (or 2 CR2016) with either one 18V battery pack or with two 9V batteries. Is it possible and if so how?
Yes, but the 3V devices must be wired in series to do so. (-) of device 1 to the (-) of the battery pack, (+) to the (-) of device 2. (+) of device 2 to the (-) of device 3. (+) of device 3 to the (-) of device 4, etc. Finally, (+) of device 6 to the (+) of the battery pack. Good luck with that, it's a tedious hookup to accomplish.
Q:Experience w/ REVA electric cars? How many thousand miles do battery packs last? The people in India who manufacture the Reva claim that their lead acid battery packs last 800 recharge cycles; and, that they have had no complaints about batteries with their REVAs.If there are any Reva ecar owners in this forum, could you please advise what your experience is with your battery pack's longevity? When did your first battery failure occur? (How many cycles, or miles, or months of use)How did you detect the bad battery/batteries?
Well, I don't drive a REVA, but I do drive an electric car with a lead-acid battery pack. These batteries can last anywhere from 10,000 miles to 30,000 miles, depending on how well they are cared for. My own battery pack costs about $850 to replace, so at 20,000 miles, that's about 4 cents per mile. My electricity cost is about 1 cent per mile. So my total cost per mile is about 5 cents, which is much cheaper than gasoline. Again, I don't know about the REVA specifically, but I monitor the health of my batteries by checking individual voltages (they should be the same, within 2 tenths of a volt), and also by occasionally measuring specific gravity (the chemistry of the electrolyte.)
Q:I was thinking of buying a rechargable battery for my controller cuz my regular batteries die fast. So i was wondering if they work. Should i buy rechargable pack or should i just stick with the regular 2 AA batteries???
yes they work buy the rechargable controller battery pack
Q:i have a 6 AA battery pack that says its suppose to work on airsoft guns but when i plug it in to my thompson and pull the trigger nothing happens? also the wire that is used on my gun is alot thicker than the wire on the battery pack maybe this is the cause?
If NOTHING happens as in no sound, or movement of any kind, then you probably have a contact broken. Check the fuse and the motor and make sure everything is in right.
Q:i just bought rechargeable AA batteries, and my xbox 360 controller will not power on. am i doing something wrong? does the play and charge kit work for rechargeable AA batteries? and the kit does work because i have a battery pack. but the pack lost its power.
The play and charge kit does die out fast but it wont die permanently. The cord is short about 4 to 5 feet.
Q:Battery Pack Sony Alpha 200 DSLR
Vertical Grip VG-B30AM which uses (2) NP-FM 500H batteries (not included).
Q:i just open the battery pack.but someone told me thats not the only way
It turns off when you shut down the xbox.
Q:I have a Wii and xbox 360. I have 4 controllers for both consoles, although not always used at the same time. Should I get the rechargeable battery packs for each controller ( a little pricey) or just some AA Energizer rechargeable batteries with the charger.
I've never been a fan of proprietary battery systems. NiMH AA (and a decent charger) for as many applications as possible, saves a lot of duplications, on the other hand, a play and charge system avoids the awkward situation where all your spares are flat. Pre-charged long storage NiMH (eg. Eneloop cells or similar) may help to ensure that you do have adequate power from cells that have been standing for a while - alternatively, you need a charger that is smart enough for topping up. Before choosing any other pack system (and preferably hunting down a cheaper clone pack), you need to ask what the advantage is - maybe it provides metering, maybe it has charge and run capability.
Q:I got a Nintendo Wii for Christmas last year. I am trying to charge my Wii remotes. I have two remotes. I am trying to find out how to use the battery pack. Can you use the battery pack? How do you use it? Also, is there another way to charge Wii remotes?
Do you have rechargeable batteries or a Wii charger kit? Because you can't charge your Wii remotes with the standard equipment included with the Wii. You have to either - #1 - Put fresh batteries in the Wii - either new batteries, or buy rechargeable AA batteries with a charger. #2 - Buy a Wii remote charging station. This is probably the battery pack you are referring to. The battery pack is inserted in place of the AA batteries, then the whole remote is inserted in a charging dock to charge.
