My boyfriend got me a silver necklace with an emblem of an angel, and the wings of the angel have small diamond pieces in themIt's gotten kind of dirty, and some grim has gotten in between the pieces of diamonds, and I want to clean it.I've seen videos of how to clean silver jewelry by putting aluminum foil in a bowl, then putting in salt, baking soda, and boiling waterWhat I'm worried about is if this mixture will somehow mess with whatever is holding in the diamondsIs this safe for the diamonds? Or will they fall out?Or if any of you know any other home mixtures for cleaning silver jewelry with diamonds in it, I'll be glad to know. Thanks
The place your boyfriend bought it at should do it for free, they always do it at Pandora for my stuff DO NOT do that stupid Youtube videoIf, at all, you need something that you can buy go out and get an actual cleanerPlenty of stores sell a jewelry cleaner (just make sure it's a silver one)You can either buy the clothes and use a toothpick inside the cloth to get at the little spaces, or buy the liquid form, which usually comes with a brush BTW; that aluminum foil trick is actually a Martha Stewart tricking for cleaning silver forks/utensils, etcNot for jewelryThat's a whole other grade of silver.
Getting a new processor, and looking for liquid cooling so I don't melt my parts yada yadaEvery video of single cpu coolers such as the H 80i that I have seen install the radiator in the back fan above the GPUI currently have 3 fans in my Corsair 780T, the front two are pull and the back is exhaustI have heard that a radiator is most effective when it pulls cool air in, however if I used this method I would have no exhaust fans, being an obvious problemCould I just install the radiator in the overhead fan mounts or would the tubes not reach properly? Any help appreciated
Bottomline, yes having as much cool air coming in front of a radiator as possible is most beneficial, but if the hot air is simply blowing into the rest of the case and heating the hardware, that is ineffectiveMy question is, why would you have no exhaust fans in this situation? is it a space issue inside the case?

If you don't want to saturate your cover and if you don't want to have to gouge it off, leaving scratches on the cover; then try deodorantIt's great at getting the sticky adhesive gunk off because of the aluminum and materials in itIt works best, obviously, if its a roll on, dry deodorantThen just take a paper towel and rub it firmly and reapply the deodorant where necessary until voila.gonesomeone said nail polisher remover, that worked for me before as wellBut if you want no dampness then try a dry, roll-on deodorant stickHope this helped :)
cause i need to find the electric charge of an aluminum ion
aluminium ion is Al 3+ use your periodic table: count the number of valence electrons needed to add or take away to arrive at the end of the rowYour charge will be the lower number of electrons you modified.
