The Models 250A, and 252 have a capacity of 3/32" to 2" diameter.

The Model 252 is the most versatile drill and tool grinder available today. The 252 can grind odd-numbered fluted tools (1, 3, 5 & 7) as well as even numbered fluted tools (2, 4, 6, 8, & 10). This is achieved with the use of a unique dual-cam workhead. The inner cam rotates at 2:1 gear ratio to grind even numbered fluted tools. The outer cam rotates at a 1:1 ratio for odd-numbered fluted tools.

The Model 252 is available in manual, semi-automatic and automatic in-feed versions.

 Selected Optional Accessories

Semi-Automatic Version

The power-driven workhead of the semi-automatic version offers a quiet, smooth rotation of the workhead.    Manual effort is reduced for heavier grinding and spin grinding operations.  Spark out is allowed to occur by using a minimum of manual infeed along with a reduction in workhead rotation speed.  The speed is controlled by a conveniently located valve; the adjacent four-way valve allows grinding in either direction.  A hand knob on the workhead is used for indexing and setup.

Automatic Infeed System

The semi-automatic versions can be equipped with the automatic infeed system.  This can increase productivity by allowing the operator to do other nearby tasks while the drill is being ground.  The system allows manual or semi-automatic grinding of all tool grinding, and use of the automatic infeed for standard drill points, countersinks and reamers.  The grinding rate is adjustable and the counter can be preset for 1-99 cycles.  An electroplated CBN wheel (standard) is used with the automatic infeed and requires no dressing.  Larger, three-phase motors are standard and an ammeter is provided to monitor the grinding load.

Overhead Wheel Dresser

Timesaving option allows truing of the grinding wheel O.D. without changing the setup. (Not for use with diamond or CBN wheels)

Features:

Sealed linear bearing with hardened guide shafts
Downfeed with ball detent in .001" increments
Hardened downfeed screw with wiper seal
High-quality diamond included for truing standard and ceramic wheels

Air Bearing Fixture

Air Bearing Fixture on Model 250A Drill and Tool Grinder
Allows precision sharpening of endmills, reamers, shell mills and other cutters.  The spindle is supported with a thin film of air providing nearly frictionless motion, resulting in a smooth, even grind.  The fixture quickly mounts on the Model 132C, 250A, 252, 380 or 382S grinders, or is available with a universal base to fit most tool and cutter or surface grinders.

Q:Please try to explain in detail.Thanks.
The bacteria would have to acquire mammalian DNA; the easiest way is to have it absorb the DNA into a plasmid (known as recombinant DNA); this can be induced by heat shock treatment after mixing the DNA with bacteria. This has been done with the genes for producing the enzyme, Insulin, in humans, and E. Coli bacteria (however, this insulin structure lacks certain sugars and does not function properly). Once the DNA is in a bacterial plasmid, the bacteria have ribosomes that can generate the proteins.
Q:Doctor said im unable to use certain machinery due to causing swelling in my hand but she didn't put me on medical leave but my employer did. Are they allowed to do this
yes they can. if you can't safely operate a machine they can take you off of it.
Q:what do you think?
Are you really asking this question. Thats stupid. If your trying to kill yourself, or others. But no you shouldn't.
Q:For example, perhaps life is more efficiant? of something like that.
The ability to self repair. If an animal gets a cut, its platelets eventually clot it and the cut scabs over and is eventually fully repaired. If a machine gets a hole in it, the machine cannot repair it itself.
Q:it should be 150 words and required within 24 hrs
Required? You're bossy. And your question is incomplete. What you mean to ask so you can finish your assignment is How is the basic machinery of organelles and cytoskeleton system that all cells share then regulated and enhanced to achieve this astonishing diversity? Again, I direct you to this site to help you finish your homework.
Q:A 20kw,200V shunt generator is operated at rated load. if the driving engine is developing 30bhp (break horse power), determine the iron and friction losses.PLease use all the given data above..thanksAnswer is IFL=1039W.Thanks a lot.
This is the answer I gave 3 other askers of the same question. brake horse power of an engine is the actual amount of horse power an engine can put out. Using 745.5 watts as a horse power, the engine will supply the equivalent of 30 times 745.7 watts at 30 brake horse power. This is 22,371watts. The generator is supplying 20 Kw or 20,000 watts. The difference in the engine output and the generator output is 22,371 minus 20,000 or 2.371 watts. I don't see how the answer is 1039 watts, if my calculations are correct. Perhaps someone else will have the answer you seek. I may be missing something in your question
Q:The use of steam-powered machinery meant that workers no longer required . . .A. Years of trainingB. Set hoursC. A set workplaceD. Supervision
Not sure exactly what this question is after.. but I think c. Before steam engines, mills had to be located near fast moving streams and rivers so water power could be used. Steam allows the plants to be located anywhere, as coal could be transported in.
Q:Without machinery?
you know the drill. sit ups. crunches. stuff like that.
Q:I am restoring an older , but good piece of machinery. It sat for many years, so it's really really dirty and showing some rust and paint wear. I do not want to wash it and get water all over it so it starts rusting the gearing, and tooling surfaces. What do you recommend to start getting this beast clean, so I can work on it without getting really, really dirty? Is there a spray or should I use something like ...WD-40? How about the chemical RESTORE they show on the $19.95 TV Ads??? Used to restore the faded paint on a car or clean the headlight lens from oxidation??
kerosene
Q:i tend to like trucks like mack ,man and the likes that look 'steady' or 'heavy' on ground. i wish u could just understand.............am yet to figure it out
it is because of the fact that you may be too scared to drive one.....don`t be afraid of failure , go out and learn to drive one! you will NOT achieve success on the first attempt , but if you want it , you WILL achieve it.
