- yup, sounds like an error... you sure there's not a decimal point somewhere? I would assume 1.0 or 2.0 mm. Are you sure it's not being measured in mils which is one-thousandth of an inch 0.001 20 mils = 0.020 inches = 0.5 mm I looked at the links.... they probably forgot a decimal point
