5.FAQ of Reed Natural Garden Screening Main Product

How to do daily cleaning?

Only use the brush to clean dust from the gap, and then use a clean wet cloth wipe,

Q:There are so many choices out there, which work best for your home garden? Is granular or liquid better? Which brands are the best?

Q:How can you grow a home garden in a drought?
I don't know from what you wrote just how much water you have or what restrictions your jurisdiction might have. But what I did when we had watering restrictions (every second day). I would water twice on the day we could water: once after 12 am, and then again the same day at 11PM. This keeps water from evaporating and also spreads out your watering about 23 hours.
Q:I purchased a cookbook better homes and gardens year 1973 for a cookie recipe and that one pages missing if anyone could help me with that page was 147 recipe was refrigerator Crisps I need this specific recipe I don't want any other cookie recipes
Those are really two different sources. Betty Crocker is one, Better Homes and Gardens the other. So far this is the only one I've found without baking powder. Peanut Blossom Cookies INGREDIENTS: 8 oz. pkg. milk chocolate kisses 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup light brown sugar 1 egg 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1-1/4 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt more granulated sugar PREPARATION: Heat oven to 375 F. Remove wrappers from chocolate. Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture. Cover tightly and chill for 4-8 hours in fridge. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate piece into center of each cookie; cookie will crack slightly around edges. Let stand on cookie sheets for 3-4 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 48 cookies To freeze, shape dough into balls but do not roll in sugar. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and freeze until firm. Pack into hard sided freezer containers; label, and freeze up to 3 months. To bake, roll frozen dough into sugar, then bake as directed, adding 3-6 minutes to the baking time. Here's one from my own files that always amazes me because it works. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies INGREDIENTS 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup white sugar 1 egg DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool. Recipe doesn't make very many, so you could double recipe as you desire.
Q:does enyone have eny good websites that i can vist to inprove my gardening skills.?

Q:Do cucumbers planted in home garden need to be watered once a day or twince a day ? If there are two or more new small cucumbers on one branch, will they all become fruits that can be reaped ?
Depends on the weather. If its hot water twice a day. If you have small cukes on the vine, and want to keep them small, let them all stay, if you want bigger ones, pick off all but one on each vine. If you dont want to water twice a day, water every other or third day by trickle watering for an hour or so. That way the plant develops deep roots and doesnt need watering as often. It helps to water the hole when you plant for that reason.
Q:What are the skills of balcony garden decoration design?
Waterproof and drainage, many units are not on the first floor, drainage is a problem, and unlike in the ground, the water poured directly into the ground to go
Q:Have a new house with many plantings front and back yard. Communication with previous owner has been difficult. I would love to find a volunteer who would walk through the garden areas with me to name and label the various species there. I want to weed, but love wildflowers and such, and don't want to take out something of interest. I know I can go to my local university with plant leaves for help with identification, but with so many, it would be a long and tedious process.By the way, my geographic location is northeastern Connecticut. thank you.
Have you thought of contacting your local chapter of Master Gardeners or your local county extensions office I think it would be a great learning tool for all of you (if you were closer I would love to do a walk through since I am a Master Gardener but it is just too far from Connecticut to Montana.) Good Luck!
Q:Is this possible to do at home? Like in a garden or indoors? I would like to grow some to use them for baking. Thanks!
If you have a small greenhouse you could grow them indoors. It is best to start the plants indoors and when they are ready you can transplant them to your garden. Choose a seed. After much testing, the following varieties were proved to provide the best yields: Omega, Linton and Rahab. Linton and Rahab are brown colored and Omega is golden in color. Prepare Soil. Flax seed grows best in soil that is well drained and contains a large amount of organic matter Plant the flax seed. Sow the seeds in early spring. Specific planting times will vary based on where you live, so check with your local seed supplier. Once planted, cover lightly with approximately 1/8-inch of soil. These plants will bloom the following season. If you plant them in the fall, they will bloom in the spring. Again, check with your local grower about best planting times. The ideal spacing is about 10 to 12 inches apart Grow Flax. Flax likes full sun. You will also need a general fertilizer when initially planting and then continue to add each month until harvest. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Make sure to prune the plants to keep them healthy. Prevent Disease. Flax is prone to fungal disease and other blights. There are many organic and non-organic fungicides to choose from. Recommended for insects are Sevin or Telone; for fungicide: Busam or Captan. Harvest Flax. Flax is ready to harvest when 90 percent of the seed capsules have turned brown. You simply mow it and then rake it up into sections and let it dry. Hope this helps and happy gardening.
Q:Everytime I come back home (from ANYWHERE) I always feel depressed and bored with my life. -Take for example today; I went to the mall, and had a great time with my friends. I was on top of the world! Then, when I came back home I started feeling sad again for no apparent reason.I want to be HAPPY when I come home! Whats wrong with me!?
Nothing . I'm like that right now but probably cause there's nothing to eat:/ di you have a safe and happy home? Do you have a place to go to enjoy ourself like your room! And is it nice ? Also do you have things to do at home it's a place to relax really
Q:We just bought our first home and there is a large garden in the front yard that was started but never finished. It has decrative stones and it's freshly mulched, but nothing has been planted. Now what? Any suggestions? It's partly shaded, partly sunny. I would like to fill it with something pretty, but most of all EASY! I've never gardened before - HELP!
About the first of May, go to the garden center and buy some good looking annuals. Maybe verbena for the front and zinnia toward the rear. Later think about getting a few rose bushes and a couple of perennials, like iris. Plant daffodil bulbs next fall...and you have a garden.
