After a bit of adjustment, the door should roll easier without rubbing on the bottom track. If that doesn't work, the sliding glass door will have to be removed and the rollers cleaned or replaced. Caution: the door will be heavy so if you DIY you may want a helper. You may also consider hiring a specialist to fix both the door and the screen.
