They often have pillows and rugs you can buy that have the same color or pattern as the bedding. All that stuff can be found in XL Twin size.

- I didn't have issue with bed bugs but have used the Diatomaceous earth for other issues (ants, spiders, etc) and I can say that it does work. if you buy it, get the one that is food grade as it is non toxic and safe if you have pets in the house

- Fruit are full of simple sugars, which are simple carbohydrates (leave these alone), you shouldn't eat complex carbs e.g. pasta, brown bread after 6pm unless your going to do some major exercise after or the next day e.g a marathon. This is because carbs give you energy, in the evenings you use very little energy so the carbs are not expelled and are stored as fat. The reason you should eat plenty of fuit is because the goodness of the vitamins minerals faaaaaaaar out way the simple sugars.

- Either your bed is not the correct softness/firmness or you may have real back problems. Many chiropractors offer a free test....they will hold a metal probe on your back and go from the neck to the bottom of your spine, this will test your muscle and tell if you have pull in your muscles. I was having problems with my neck, didn't tell the chiropractor assistant at the fair (offering the free screenings) and the screen showed that my neck was way out of wack. If you do get a new bed, I don't recomend the posture pedic that everyone raves about.....I don't sleep as well with mine and will never buy another one.
