Manufacturing Process:

Aluminium Foil Tape consists of Aluminium Foil, Adhesive and Silicone Release Paper. Aluminium Foil is unwound from Unwinding Unit 1 of Coating & Laminating Machine, and the Adhesive is coated on Aluminium Foil surface at the Coating Head. Then, the Adhesive-Coated Aluminium Foil goes into Drying Channel. Inside of Drying Channel, the solvent contained in the Adhesive is vaporized by heat, and the Adhesive is cross-linked and cured. Going out of Drying Channel, the Adhesive-Coated Aluminium Foil is laminated with Silicone Release Paper (Linear) from Unwinding Unit 2 and cooled at Cooling and Laminating Unit. Then, the Adhesive-Coated Aluminium Foil together with Silicone Release Paper goes ahead and is rewound on the Rewinding Unit. On Slitting & Rewinding Machine, the cut roll of Self-Adhesive Aluminium Foil Tape is rewound on the core after slitting & rewinding.
