1. Gas generator

  Gas generator also called gasifier, it is an energy conversion equipment that converts solid fuels such as coal and biomass into gas fuels. After oxidation-reduction reactions in gasifiers, the main components of the gas are CO, H2, and CH4, which have good utilization value. Because of the low price and stable sources of coal and biomass, gasifier will produce the most economical fuel gas(producer gas), which can save more than 50% of fuel costs compared to natural gas, heavy oil, etc.

2.  Gas purification

     Gas purification refers to the use of equipment such as electrostatic precipitators, cyclone dust collectors, electrostatic tar collector, indirect coolers, gas washing tower, sprying catcher, gas desulfurization, gas mist collectors, gas coolers, etc. to remove oil, dust, washing gas, cool gas, desulfurize, and remove water from various types of gas, so that the coal gas will meet the requirements of combustion and emissio.

3. Effluent/Solid waste

  The double-stage Pyrolysis Coal gasfiier is our newly developed product. It can not only produce gas, but also synergistically treat sewage（effluent） and solid waste during gas production, drying, dry distillation, and pyrolysis of waste. At the same time, waste can also produce gas as a byproduct, realizing the transformation of waste into treasure and improving its utilization value. Pyrolysis under low-temperature reduction can greatly reduce the generation of pollutants such as dioxins, achieving dual functions of gasifier and waste treatment. The double-stage pyrolysis coal gasifier represents a new development direction for gasifiers.

4. Odor control

   Odor control is designed for the irritating odors in gasifcations. Through the unified control of systems such as phenol water, tar, gas, sulfur, and washing water in the gasification, the volatile irritating odors are collected and treated by static electricity, ultra-low temperature cooling, photodegradation, adsorption, etc., to achieve air and gas purification and deodorization. This system can also be used to process various airs and gases with irritating odors and volatile substances, and has a wide range of applications.
