Hydrogen Generation Reformer, Methanol Reformer and Synthetic Ammonia Primary Reformer are usually Heaters of double radiant vertical type which belong to Reactor Heaters. The temperature of firebox is required more than 950℃, burning shall be fully and uniform with upright and strong flame (Length is usually about 2.0m.) and local overheating of tubes is not allowed. The purge gas produced by Unit itself will be used as main fuel which has the characteristics of low heat value (about 8400KJ/N m3) and low pressure (less than 0.02Mpa (G) before Burners). Refinery mash gas or natural gas will be supplied as compensation fuel. Preheat air with high temperature is often used as combustion supporting fluid.

Off-gas Incinerator Burner

Off-gas Incinerator Burners are often used to burn H2S from Acid Gas Incinerators and remove it finally. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 650℃, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.

Ammonia Incinerator Burners are often used to burn acid gas and off gas contained ammonia, the flue gas after burning mixed with air will be discharged directly. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 1300℃ in order to remove NH3 in acid gas effectively, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.
