Calcium Silicon Powder

1. Description:

Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.

Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.

Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

I will say that I have an iPod, and the majority of the songs on it are metal: mostly Staind, Nickelback and Evanescence.I think the 'metal scene' in the States is pretty diverse if all those bands fall under the same catefory. Like I said, haven't heard what's going on in other countries, but I'm pretty satisfied w/ the metal we have at home. You just have to find a band(s) that suit your tastes, because there's a lot to choose from.
